The San Marco location has an amazing staff. My order was accurate. My food was made on time. They are very friendly. I like that they have a board so you can see the status of your order. This is my favorite location.

The food was fine, however the service was not. I ordered curbside, was instructed to tap a button in a confirmation email, then to call the store, only to be subjected to a string of recorded ads. Finally hung up called back, the phone picked up, background noise, no human…called back, same thing. Had to go inside, the employee blankly stared at me when I asked why this happened and handed me my food. Great experience…

$10 for six wings and $16 to get it delivered? Are you kidding me! Pizza Hut used to be a go to place but never again. Corporate greed at its finest. Shame on you Pizza Hut. I will order 12 wings at a Chinese Restaurant for $7.99 and get delivered for free for $10 minimum for delivery. I get a an egg roll on top of that for $10.

I placed an order with this location and they never delivered my order. The new girl that took my order never asked my name or apartment number. She told me that my order would be delivered in 25 minutes. When I called back to check on the status, the manager on duty told me that there was only 1 driver and it will take 45 minutes for the delivery. I called back after an hour and the manager lied and said that the driver knocked at my door and that they attempted to call me. I never received a phone call from them at all. This is my first bad experience with Pizza Hut I’ve ever had.

This is the worst Pizza Hut around. They didn’t deliver half our order and then the guy said he would go get it since obviously he didn’t look at the ticket and being the correct stuff. We called the store and have been on hold for the “manager” for over 20 minutes currently. So we called from another line and the person answered right away but said the manager was “busy”. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Start preheating your oven when you order it, because they give their drivers so many orders at once that it usually takes 30-60 minutes after you get the “out for delivery” notification before you get your food. Needless to say, it will arrive barely warm at all. The taste is decent, you just need to eat in the restaurant or bake it yourself.
