I come here a lot, usually ordering at least one pizza a week here. Unfortunately, my last two pizzas were WAY too greasy, I figured the first one (stuffed crust pep pizza) being greasy was a fluke and bought another pizza (new york style pep pizza) a few days after, but the new york was worst, the pizza was wet with oil. I ended up throwing out half the pizza (only ate the first half because I bought the pizza to get me through a 12 hour shift and was the only food I had with me).

I am visiting the area to attend a football game and we wanted a late dinner. Our pizza and wings were delivered timely, but without ranch, crush peppers, and parmesean cheese. I called back to talk to someone about it and I was told it’s been this way for years; unfortunately I’ve only been here for 1 day and don’t know what has been done for years in an area I don’t live in. The ranch, peppers, and cheese was not offered to us to determine if we wanted to pay extra or not. The person I was on the phone with hung up and didn’t answer the phone when I called back. Poor customer service!!

Pizza Hut usually screws up every time but this one on Atlantic was really good and the customer service was good compared to the location on Merrill rd (please do not go there) I got a large meat lovers pizza and mild buffalo wings. I asked them to fry them hard and it was done.

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Pizza got here NO PEPPERONI. I called the store spoke with a nice guy he said they will remake it and deliver in 25 mins. I called back to see if I could add a garlic cup and I pay cash. The guy said we are not remaking your order unless you pay. Your pizza has pepperoni. I said sir no it doesn’t. He disputed me that it did. He proceeded to sit the phone down and not come back to the phone. I called back and they hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to a manager Caleb/Clayton something like that hung up on me again. I called a few times and they would just sit the phone down. This was the worse I experience I have ever had with any establishment that I have purchased from. This is unacceptable and their employees need a training in customer service.! Below you will find a picture of the pizza that has the alleged pepperoni on. Needles to say I will be at the store in the morning speaking with the GM.

A very clean and friendly place. They are helpful in any way they can. If I’m by myself I have to use a walker. The manager always gets the door for me. Once he even help me to my car. Not to mention the food is very good and hot when you get it .

Ordered from this location tonight and I was highly disappointed in my pizza. I ordered a Supreme pizza and there was barely any vegetables on it. And also my boyfriend called and when they finally answered the phone he responded to them and the girl hung up on him. At that point I should have just said heck with it and went somewhere else, but I called back and made an order. But as I said I was highly disappointed.

Be careful using there online app. If your hand hovers over options it will select things you’re not aware of. Manager did not help correct the issue sufficiently. Common sense is no longer common.

We ordered The Edge pizza, but most of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza. Had them remake it and it looked worse than the first one, hardly any sauce and not the extra cheese we paid for. Had them to just give us a refund. Unfortunately we wasted 45 minutes to an hour and still didn’t get what we wanted. This store continues to go downhill. Maybe they should just close down because they obviously don’t care about their customers.

Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and sauce with pepperoni,sausage and green peppers and it was way too much sauce hardly any extra cheese and real scarcely with the toppings,I wish i would’ve opened the box to check it before I drove all the way home! It looked like a Lil kid made this pizza and not an adult,I won’t be coming back to this location any time soon!
