Attempted to place an order for a pizza 5 times but continually informed that my order was rejected for no reason. Called the Hut and was arrogantly informed that they have nothing to do with an app that should bring customers to their door. They did not offer to take my order. I guess that they have more customers than they know what to do with. The lack of customer service is a hallmark of this PIZZA HUT.

Will not order from Pizza Hut ever again. They apparently use door dash for delivering their pizza and we never got our order and door dash claims they delivered it but would not show us proof that they did. We also tried to contact the store on 103rd st Jax, FL to let them know we would pick up our order since it was going to take door dash over an hour to deliver; when we were originally told it would take 30 to 40 minutes for delivery,

The store messed up the order, and when you call the number listed, it sends you through multiple people. After being redirected multiple times and 45 minutes on hold, no one picked up the call. When trying to contact customer service online, it “times out” when you submit the issue then proceeds to ask you to log into your account and redirects you away from customer service no matter how many times you login.

Absolutely unprofessional! 1. My order was 45 mins late from when it was supposed to be delivered. 2. The person/manager working the night shift on Sunday 2/26 was very unprofessional as I heard him cursing anytime the phone rang or when I called back to report an issue with the pizza 3. I am very disappointed i ordered pizza at 3:40 i didn’t get my pizza till 4:45 which is ridiculous because i stay right around the corner while I’m waiting on my order I’m trying to call to store and it’s sending me to a call center that can’t do anything .. i finally received my order and my pizza was hard as cardboard like it had been sitting waiting on the driver so i called to get a replacement at 5:02 they said it would take about an hour tell me why i still have not got my replacement order and it’s approximately 7:01i will never order from this location again you cant get through to them directly and there is no reason why a order should take 2 hours especially when it’s a replacement for a messed up order !!!
