A favorite of mine since childhood. I don’t know if I am the only one who misses sit-down dinners with family and friends at The Hut, but I do. The anticipation of fresh pizza, red plastic cups & pitchers of coke being passed around the table. Salad bar was amazing as well, but the best part was when your pizza came to the table. Piping hot pan being held with pliers & plopped up on the pizza stand. The cheese pull on that first slice was glorious. The crust could not be beat & eating it fresh out of the oven, although it burned your mouth every time, was so satisfying. I am grateful to have experienced it, and I am happy to say that I still love the pizza without the experience. I do kinda wish they’d bring back the sitdown spots. For now, we’ll live with the takeout.

Having a pizza arrived like this with dried up Pizza sauce is unpleasant, than being told a delivery time frame and not getting your pizza until two hours after you order that is a issue because lunch breaks don’t last all day. After 1hour and 30 minutes I tried calling back to cancel the order altogether as I was waiting for the phone to get picked up after waiting for an answer after 45 min I hung up.

Food was hot and ready as promised with prompt customer service. I spoke with someone from a call center when placing my order. They were able to create a specialty pizza they no longer carry on the menu, for the same price as the special they were running. Unfortunately, i could not use my rewards points online or on the phone. I was informed that partucular location did not accept them.

Had a horrible experience we didn’t get our delivery until 3 hours later. I called multiple times was told they would make it fresh. When it finally arrive from DoorDash because their delivery person could not deliver it was cold no cheese on the cheese pizza no wings everything was horrible they need to be shut down asap. I will be contacting corporate.

Every time I order from this Pizza Hut something always goes wrong. The quality is bad or the items are wrong. I ordered a pan pizza and got a hand tossed pizza. There have been multiple other times with orders come wrong or sloppily put together.

The Manager JAY the African American male (no I’m not racist I’m black, just want to be VERY specific) needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. I’d been placed on hold for 19:41 seconds. He didn’t even know I was standing in the lobby at 18 mins and watched him answer and place me on hold again! This man gave NO remorse, attitude and smacking his teeth. You can call the customers that’s are in the lobby at this very moment. I will be sure to spread the word because that’s wrong! I don’t even feel like going into details please have someone from higher ups contact me.

Love the food but the service is trash you call and are immediately on hold for almost a hr then when they do pick up immediately put u on hold and to boot they don’t even send there own drivers they use door dash and the dasher didn’t even show up just went ghost with my food

This was the worst Pizza ever!!! Asked for a thin supreme with black olives and all literally had four green peppers zero black olive and barely any mushrooms the pizza tasted like it was made last week. Also got a meat lvrs pizza there was no bacon it was horrible tasted like it was made last week also, I think the cardboard box would have tasted better. They closed down the Pizza hut beside Wendy’s on Dunn avenue stay away from this Pizza hut at the 3000 block of Dunn unless you’re just into throwing away money.

No one at the front counter waited over 30 minutes with no help. My order was ready but no one available to give me the order. I’m very disappointed and upset because I wasted a trip I’m pregnant and really wanted my order but could no longer wait without any assistance! I truly hate this location!
