This particular restaurant has really good pizza and they are very fast. The online ordering app is never in my favor with this particular store. I will usually call them or simply go to the restaurant to place an order. Otherwise, they are very fast and the pizza and wings are always hot and fresh.

they are slow and didn’t make our pasta and we ordered it and they told us they just put it in the oven after us being here a 1hr we even asked them bt our bread stick and we didn’t get a respond making us think they didn’t start making them either and they ain’t waiting on nb people just standing around waiting for their orders to get took!!!!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else cse how the pizza and wings done but pasta takes 7 mins as they said and it ain’t even done and let’s not mention them bread stick!!! If y’all don’t want to be waiting go somewhere else!!!! And I understand it’s a storm and people tryna eat but we been since 6:04 and we still ain’t got our food and it’s 7:06 and I’m highly upset cse who want cold pizza and wings and hot pasta and bread sticks if their even getting made like y’all frrr go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am visiting my sister here in Jacksonville and wanted a pizza hut pizza. Ordered it, they were to deliver in an hour. Called them after an hour n a half. They said they were running behind but should be here within 15 min. Another hour went by and still no pizza. Called then 3 times and every time they hung up on me. I prepaid but am calling my bank in the morning to STOP this payment. This location SUCKS. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!!

The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes its just what you’re expecting when you’re thinking pizza hut. Other times, its just horribly under/over cooked or completely wrong. I met what i thought was the general manager who i thought was nice, but everyone i have met after him has complete lack of customer service and basic work place skills. 4/10.

This is the first time I decided to dine in at Pizza Hut since the start of Covid. I had a coupon for a big box family deal. 2 med 1 topping pizza and choice of 2 sides. We ordered the cheesy bread and bone in thai chilli wings. So far so good….until I realize the drink machine in out of order! Oh no! We had to but the 20oz drinks so yeah no refills on those. It was freezing in the dining area. The wait time was decent…15 min tops. The cashier came a dropped off our sauce, plates, parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, and our drinks. Then she came to give us our meal, all in a box…I had to remind her we never got our marinara sauce for our cheese sticks. They gave us our wings first. Boy those wings were tiny but also still had tons of feathers on them and half of the wings had no sauce. I had to kinda squirm them around to get sauce on each of them(also pulled off the feathers). So, then I’m eating enjoying the food and realize they didnt give us napkins. So I waiting in the line at the front for her to tell me they had NO napkins. Wow! ! I was just gonna grab some out the bathrooms, but bathrooms were occupied. I just continued eating, then when I was fully done I washed my hands in the restroom. So, it was pretty interesting
