This Pizza Hut location is the worst. I ordered over $100 worth of pizza, and one of our pizzas had all of the toppings slid off. I tried to contact the restaurant and was placed on hold for 24 minutes. I hung up and called back then when I requested to speak to a manager the female on the phone hung up on me. This place has very poor customer service, and it looks like Papa John’s will be receiving all of our pizza orders now. We ordered weekly but never again.

So I have to say oakleaf pizza hut night shift members are definitely well mannered. The taste of their pizza definitely brings a lot of flavor but they definitely could work on their presentation of their pizzas and not over cooking them. Once they get the quality mastered I think I can give them another opportunity to order from them again.

Got the big dinner box, the people were rude when I asked for the marinara. And gave us a very small side of marinara. Also I ordered pepperoni pizzas in my box and it came out with all the pepperoni on the crust. I thought they would be distributed evenly however it came out like this. I Won’t be eating at this Pizza Hut for a couple years. Hopefully they get a friendly staff with better customer service.

The location at 9501 Crosshill Blvd in Oakleaf Town Center Jax, FL need to retrain their employees on HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC! Why get an attitude with ME bc YOU didn’t give me all of my order that I PAID FOR??? So while waiting for the rest of my order that WASN’T FIXED IN FIRST PLACE, the food I did get was getting cold. This is a recurring problem with this location. It’s ALWAYS SOMETHING when you get there. Food not correct, lukewarm, waiting forever on items that’s supposed to be ready, or mainly RUDE ATTITUDES from employees!!! If there were other locations close, I’d try those but mainly we go to Marco’s or Domino’s. And I personally rather have Pizza Hut but refuse to deal with the attitudes all the time.

Worst pizza ever, under cooked, dough was not even done. Pizza was never delivered, had to go pick it up myself to ensure i got it the second time. NEVER AGAIN! WAIST OF MONEY!!! save your self money and time, go to Publix, buy the crust and make your own pizza, it’s better and it will probably be done faster also!

Was told 20 to 30 minute delivery less than a mile away. Two and a half hours later we were still waiting for over $50 worth of pizza that arrived and had obviously been sitting for hours. Do not recommend delivery unless you call and ask if they can assure you they have drivers.

First time trying pizza hut. Pre ordered and it was made on time. Friendly and quick pick up. Pizza had no flavor. I’m used to garlicky, cheesy, salty, buttery, pizza. Not sure if it’s this location or pizza hut. Not good!

Requested the pizza to be cooked well done. Pizza is raw dough. I hope the place gets shut down permanently. I don’t see how it’s possible they pass any health and food inspections. Do not waste your time or eat from here.

My pizza is never cut in squares as requested. I order and pay for extra toppings and seemingly get less than what’s on a regular order. I have ordered more than 5 in a row with the same results. I put all this is several surveys I received from pizza hut after the order with no response at all.
