If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a 12 piece wing and they gave me 6 I called them about it and they put me on hold and never came back. I called the next day they answered, put me on hold and never came back. My order was almost $60 plus I tipped. This location truly unprofessional.

6/28 our pizza was well made and very tasty. The thin crust had a good amount of toppings the cheese pizza was the perfect amount before. The driver forgot our 2 liters. When I called the store the young lady christine whom answered was very polite and helpful in getting things fixed. Within 2 minutes of getting off the phone with her she was calling ti let me know they were on the way. I am very pleased with our entire service from ordering on the app with ease to needing to fix a mistake. Too bad there was not an option for zero stars. Stay away from this location unless you enjoy extremely poor customer service. I refuse to ever make a purchase with Pizza Hut again. I was given a delivery time but they showed up 16 minutes early which normally would be okay but I was running a piece of machinery at work when the driver called so I did not hear my phone. I called the driver back but no answer. I called the store and they were extremely rude and so was the customer service rep at corporate. I am stuck at work with no food and a $29.00 charge on my card. And I even gave a nice tip. What has happened to quality customer service?

Went in to pick up my pizza there were 2 young ladies sitting at the register neither was in uniform one had skittles shorts on and and a top the other had a hoodie of some sort .Pizza was done but wings hadn’t been dropped so I had to wait a longer wait time while my pizza got cold.

So I had stopped ordering from this Pizza Hut Location about 3 years ago because the service and quality was so terrible. However, my kids really wanted to try the new Detroit Pizza, so I reluctantly ordered it for pick up. 2 Detroit pizzas, boneless wings and an order of hot wings. I also firmly requested the crust to be crispy( ran through the oven twice) and for the wings to be cooked hard as well. I picked up my order and headed home. Immediately when I got home, I noticed my hot wings were missing and upon eating a slice of pizza, realized that the crust was doughy/undercooked. The old me would have called agitated and demanding a refund, but for some reason I just took my loss and made a mental note to NEVER order from them again. NOW here is the twist, about an hr later the MANAGER called, I missed the call but if I could post a voicemail I would. Yes, the manager called me and left me a voicemail sincerely apologizing stating that he may have got my order wrong and asked that I please call him to make it right Christian, I believe is his name you have no idea the smile that you put on my face. It’s not about the Pizza or the money but the sincerity and thoughtfulness of you reaching out to me first. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years from any fast food chain and I just want you to know that you are greatly appreciated as a person. Thank you for personally acknowledging the error and also for replacing my order. This Pizza Hut should be extremely glad to have you and it was a pleasure speaking with you today

I wish i could give pizza hut on Edgewood 0 stars Hailey was very rude and unprofessional she mocked me when i called in she was very disrespectful i have been quarantined with my son and yesterday he finally wanted to eat so i called in a order and asked someone to pick it up for me bacause i couldn’t my whole order was wrong you can literally see through the pizza i called back the same night to explain my order was wrong and wanted to speak with a manager i was understanding because i order from this one all the time and never had a issue that couldn’t be resolved they said it was no manager on duty i can call back the next day i did and this very rude unprofessional manager hailey answered the phone not only did she disregard me she refused to let me speak to someone else and wouldn’t give me corporate number i was given one price and charged another wich i have proof of she continued to say well i wasnt here last night its not my problem wow who traines these people i will never order from pizza hut ever again and i will make sure my company doesn’t either or family and friends HAILEY needs more training on customer service this is such a disappointment
