Incredibly disappointed with the service (well, lack there of). I placed an order almost an hour before the store closed. It was confirmed and I was told it was on the way…HOWEVER, when I looked on line to check the status, it showed that my order was cancelled! I immediately called the store and was informed that their driver said that I cancelled the order…POPPYCOCK! We had been waiting for 45 minutes, I NEVER cancelled anything. They blamed it on DoorDash and actually said that “this happens all the time”. Meantime, we still had no pizza or desserts last night. I’m not happy with this store at all.

This was a very speedy service. Both pizzqs I ordered were large and were at a pleasant temperature. I would enjoy a little lower price on the pizzas, yet I am ok if I’m informed on the overall costs of operation that make the price the way it is. I support this business and enjoyed my experience.

Ordered food last night for my daughter it was half prepared and the boneless wings weren’t even the right flavor. Maybe…just maybe, if the staff was outside hanging out, they would have been able to prepare my food as I ordered.

There was some drama from a upset customer but other then that it was fine. They did over cook the melts I ordered but again nothing to be upset about. Misty was very nice. Rating would have been higher had it not been for those two issues. They are my neighborhood Pizzahut so I’ll probably go again when I’m in the mood for them

Most of one slice doesn’t even have sauce much less toppings. The crust is very thick and quite dry. Almost no sauce on entire pizza. Very disappointed.

I initially waited an extra 20 minutes after my delivery was supposed to arrive before calling only to be told everything was okay. I then waited 1.5 hours past my delivery time only to have the manager insist I come pick up my order and take a credit on my next purchase. After spending several minutes explaining that I would not be able to come pick it up as I had been drinking and that I didn’t care about a credit, just my food, he found a way to get it delivered. I feel that giving over a 25% tip (after taxes and their fee) was more than appropriate for my food to be delivered hassle free. Of course the company does not set forward a straight way to correct a tip after being dissatisfied with a delivery either. $50 total for a Big Dinner Box that had been sitting in a warmer for well over an hour is unacceptable.

Poor customer service. The Girl at front with the piercings does not listen at all. She charged me for a soda when I said cinnamon rolls and then had the nerve to tell me when I came back 20 mins later that it was a mistake and they had to refund me money because it was not ready and it would take 7 mins to make another one and just assumed I would not want to stay to wait for it. Then she told her manager the reason why it was not ready for me was because somone burnt them in the oven and they did not make another one. So i got refunded for that part. When I got the pizza home it was not fresh at all like I waited for a cold pizza. I will go back to dominoes from now on.
