I haven’t been here in about 5 years because its not on my side of town and the buffet time is so short so I was so excited to come today! The hostess that was going to seat us asked if a high top was ok, because it was pretty busy. We told her we would prefer a booth. She shook her head and sighed and said let me see if I can get someone to clean it. She didn’t realize my mom is handicapped and I’m 9 months pregnant and a high top would have been difficult for us. Another woman who has been working there I’d say about 20 years, sat us and was nice! The food was VERY good despite how busy it was! The cinnamon sticks were really good too! And they even have a salad bar! After we paid our waitress, the waitress/hostess from before came and apologized for being rude and said it was just due to the stress from the high volume of customers. We accepted and told her to have a good day. The bathroom could be a lil cleaner, but it does have a changing table and plenty of soap! Over all our experience was good and I’m STUFFED! Will come back as soon as I can!

Pizza Hut the Sunday before Christmas makes sense for a lot of people. On this particular Sunday afternoon, I had my mind set on having a scorching hot pizza after a long week; yet productive Sunday. I called and was placed on hold for well over 5 minutes. They were busy. It was a simple mistake; which the young lady apologize profusely. I didn’t make a big fuss. She took my order and told me the expected ready time.

We had a bad experience at another store location, so we went here at a later date to use a coupon for a free pizza. I was about to buy cheese bread separately, but upon hearing of our problems, the manager offered to give us the cheese bread as well for free! It wasn’t his store’s problem, and he didn’t have to do that, he was just being super nice! Will definitely come here from now on!!

Best pizza hut in town! Always made right, never late and the delivery drivers are so nice! Last time I ordered my pizza was early and the curly haired pizza guy was super sweet. Gave him a really good tip, you can tell he is good at his job.

Usual Pizza Hut environment. Service was fantastic. We pigged out on way more food than we needed but it was a fun family time. We arrived just after the buffet closed but the staff were happy to see us and made the event a fun and enjoyable one.

We ordered online. Went and picked up the pizza. It was terrible. Crust had no flavor, toppings were flavorless. Not the usually yummy Pizza Hut that we all know and love. We did get a free order of cheese bread-thank goodness-it was good but the marinara tasted like straight tomato sauce with sugar. No oregano. No basil. No garlic just bland. We also got the pasta which was surprisingly good.

We had ordered on line using an online coupon, but were trying to use a cut out coupon for 25% off entire order. The total seemed a bit off. I called to ask why. A very courteous worker explained that I might need to look at paper coupon, which I did. It was only good to use 1 coupon on this deal. We cancelled order, redid order online with best code, added in much more chicken wings and saved almost $10.00 on top of getting pizza quicker than expected. It is my son’s thirteenth birthday. Thank You Pizza Hut for 25% off, your assistance and great service. It is a special treat for us to order delivery and you made it an even better experience.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. My daughter and I stood at the hostess stand for at least 5 minutes without being addressed. We were only addressed after a larger group came in after us. Then the waitress came towards the front, AND STARTED SEATED THE PEOPLE BEHIND US! I interjected and told her we were here first. The already annoyed waitress said “y’all just sit anywhere”. So I had to grab my own menus, silverware and seat me and my daughter. Then she didn’t even bother to come greet us. Once again, she tended to the larger group. So we ended up just walking out. I’ll never-EVER- go here again nor recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone.
