Disgusting. Horrible. Inedible. It’s been a long week and I felt like splurging for the family to relax. $60 worth of pizza delivered…and it was gross. Ordered extra sauce…dry (except for the grease). Dough was hard. All of it, must’ve been days old. After years of college, I spit out pizza for the first time in my life. I literally got in my car to return the pizza I had delivered….it was that bad. Need a visit from the health inspector.

Overcooked, cardboard. The worst pizza and worst experience at a Pizza Hut. Told the manager that I was disappointed. He told me that this cheese bites pizza that was overcooked so badly that the cheese had completely melted and burned out of the bites that were rock hard, was “perfect”. That “nothing was wrong with the pizza” “if he made another it would look exactly the same” “you must not like cheese bites pizza because this is what it’s supposed to look like” “you ate almost half off it and you touched the whole pizza” (a note on that last one: my family tried to choke it down before I took it back because it was awful. We ate 1 slice, 1 bite, and .5 slice)… as well as many other comments.

Our last delivery from local Pizza Hut was great! Food was hot and delicious. The marinaria sauce on my pasta was very tasty as was cheese, seemed very fresh. Ingredients seemed different in a good way. Hubby didn’t have to warm his up as he usually does. He likes his food HOT! Wonderful!

I ate at this Pizza Hut for the first time last week and I ordered a personal pan supreme pizza. The pizza I had ordered was served hot and the bread was soft. It was delicious! The male cashier was generous and kind. It was extremely hot inside of this Pizza Hut, however they had people repairing the AC unit while I was there.

Placed an order for carry out, arrived to pick it up at time it was supposed to be ready only to be told they didn’t have anymore of what I ordered. I asked why they didn’t call to tell me and save me from wasting a trip and was told they were about to. Great service Pizza Hut, thanks for wasting my time and gas.
