Short n sweet I wasnt giving the 3 Large pizza to cover the 52$ dollars that I spent everything was not hot.the The office email me a refund of three large pieces which were I supposed to have gotten but Iris only receive three mediums for the $52 that I purchase of the food so then it last ordered I received they cancel my order because they didn’t get it in time that was with my raw points I recalled the store and asked you wanted managers about the reward how do I go by doing that to purchase the food I have available for the points that I have in there she has no idea of how and what to do about the rewards but she is a manager so she should know how to rewards online to explain that but other than that I mean the pizza is good but it’s cold is it was not what it was so I gave you about 60 50% on Washington what I’ve been spending I don’t spend the well over $200 I have $175 points that I am giving refusal help with so lately got to get a bad review for me

I had called in a pizza and went to pick it up, but they had no record of my order. The clerk looked for it but didn’t find my order. No offer of making up a pizza or anything other than … sorry. I left. I think somehow they should have tried to make it right. Who shows up for an order if I hadn’t called???

I ordered a personal pan pizza online. Got there no one even greeted me or said anything till I was there for about 6 minutes. While I was waiting I observed someone making pizza’s with regular clothes ( couldn’t tell if he was an employee) not uses gloves to put the toppings on. Got the pizza and paid for extra olives and mushrooms and didn’t get much. Everyone was disappointing.

The deep dishes are my favorite here. They have lots of young kids working here and they play too much and need customer service training but other than that I will still order here. They take about 20 mins to complete orders.
