Do you like living on the edge of sitting on the toilet forever or never holding anything ever again because of greasy fingers? Then look no further and order from this place. This Pizza Hut seems to be where to be where people lose all hope and have given up. Complete and utter trash. I’ve reviewed a lot of pizza and some were bad, but this was one of the worst. Decided to give the 120 Entrance Rd, Pensacola, FL location a second try after having a pizza that looked like it had been picked up sideways before, only to get what you can see in the pictures below. My pizza looks like it was dropped at least once and my wife’s pizza isn’t much better. Then the manager tried to tell me it was because of how the edge pizza is cut ! I will never be ordering from this location again !

Very poor customer service & management the manager was highly rude & avoided correcting my order & deliberately screening my calls all because she read the card information incorrectly & stated that my card was declined are the wrong number once I re announced the numbers she rudely cut me off after I stated the correct number sequence I still had half the numbers to reply she then cut me off rudely saying order be there in hour where they do this at

Terrible pizza crust was not even cooked. Horrible .website is not easy to use . I made a mistake ordering the pizza and my husband had them correct it but the pizza was just horrible the crust was not cooked and they barely had any pepperoni’s on it . I called them and the employee said that they would give a credit for another pizza .thank you for that. But tonight’s dinner was bad .

Do not order from these disgusting rude people. I just moved here and I placed an order. There was an issue and they didn’t deliver to my area I said no problem I can pick it up. When I asked for the location all I heard was screaming and cussing from someone in the background. I returned the same treatment so they canceled my order. I’ll be waiting outside when they get off since they want to be that way.

This Pizza Hut is about as hood as you can get. I ordered curbside pick up. After waiting 10 minutes after the pizza hut app said it was ready. No one brought out my order. I had to go inside. My order had been in the warm up oven all that time. No one cared to read the receipt.
