We had an excellent experience with online ordering and prompt delivery. The driver told us he had inadvertently cut one of the pizzas a different way than we had requested and offered to give back his tip. Of course we didn’t let him give it back, but were impressed with his sincerity about a detail with our order. We appreciate the dedication to excellence in every way.

Got pizza delivered to hotel. Gave decent tip and the delivery driver didn’t walk it up to the hotel room and had to meet them downstairs. Normally not a big deal, but had just been driving for 10 hours.

In flordia for a week and ordered pizza hut twice while here. Ordered wings and breadsticks both time. The breadsticks taste good but they wernt cut which wasn’t an issue. The wing on the other hand wernt able to be eaten either time due to them being burnt and dark! Sad that my favorite thing back home isn’t something I can order on vacation. I would recommend not ordering wings from this location being as they didn’t get it right not even the second time.

I live in Texas and someone used my credit card here on two separate transactions equaling up over 75 dollars worth. I called to inform them was on the phone with an individual and somehow became disconnected but now they will not pick up. I would love to give a rating if I lived in Florida or ever been to this Pizza Hut.

So disappointed, I’ve ordered the New Yorker about 5 times. 1st time about a month ago was great. Steadily got worse. Today was a rock hard crust, hardly any mozzarella cheese, and about a cup of parmesean cheese dumped in the middle. Not edible.

Definitely would not recommend. Ordered a pizza that was never delivered and when I called the staff including the manager on duty we’re extremely rude. Save your time and money just go somewhere else.

The pizza was hot, and that was the only plus. We ordered online for pickup, and when we arrived, we were “greeted” by two rude employees who barely wanted to say hi or can we help you. I know it’s a pizza place, but customer service is key!
