I ordered a large pizza with bacon, onions and peppers with a salad and soda. The ordered came with the pizza box smashed and no bacon. When I called, the order taker was very polite but then gave me the manager. The manager said that she made it and it will look the same if they make it again because the bacon pieces are really small. I said that I didn’t want that if that was the case. She then said, well what do you want remade. I told her and she said ok, it’ll be an hour and hung up the phone. Worst customer service and professionalism from someone who’s suppose to be a manager. I’ve been a manager in the food service industry for over 20 years, so I normally understand, but this was just inexcusable behavior overall.

Pizza was burnt crispy around the top it was over cooked, not much sauce sausage was hard and as was the pizza itself, we returned for a full refund, we never purchase from this pizza hut site again, located in the Gainesville shopping center on north main Street.

I ordered delivery and this was how my food arrived. This is so unacceptable. Called and was put on hold way to long. BAD experiance over all. Got the “remake” redelivered and it was cold. The driver was nice but, food was cold and one pizza under cooked. Just avoid this location.
