Staff was EXTREMELY polite, nice, and respectful. The restaurant was very clean. Even after explaining all of the deals had to be ordered online, they still took care of all our needs for dine in. Food came out exceptionally hot with a great amount of topping and cheese. Will definitely pay this place a visit again

Pizza Hut came through for ya boy 2 days in a row and both days the food was delicious. What put the cherry on top was the delivery driver. Didn’t get his name but the black guy was on point with the delivery time and everything was nice and neat. He also had a really good attitude even in all this heat we been having. People like that makes you wanna come back to an establishment. Would give a 5 but them bone in wings are pricey for 6. I settled for their 75 cent boneless wings that were just as good.

Quick and easy pick up. The crust around the pizza was undercooked but that’s fine cause I don’t like crispy crust. The extra sauce what is the right amount and it wasn’t too soggy on the pizza. They are cinnasticks we’re pretty good and the regular bread sticks could use a little bit more seasoning thing they use on top. Friendly staff.

I’ve been here a few times for take out, the pizza is usually undercooked. To recall one time where there was a wait for quite some time and they were only serving one customer. Other than that, staff seemed nice and the location seemed fine too!

Please do not go to the Pizza Hut on Archer Road in Gainesville. I purchased one sizeable supreme pizza and a personal pan pizza to go. I asked for a couple of Parmesan cheese packets and was denied any. I asked for one single packet, and I was told no and that I would have to buy one. What happened to the free condiments for your order?

Avoid this location. There was multiple hairs in my pizza got home and called immediately. Was given a “credit” to use on my next order but now the manager claims it expired in 30 days. Totally unprofessional.

The last few times I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut I have not received what I ordered! Last time I order a pizza with extra cheese, there was no extra cheese, and it wasn’t ready when they said it would be then got an attitude with my husband when he came to pick it up and told them they said it would be ready at the time they told him and he still ended up having to wait 30mins. Then tonight ordered extra cheese my husband checked it and told the person it wasn’t extra cheese and he said it was when it wasn’t! The bread was hard and barely any sauce! Customer service is terrible and take forever to answer the phone when trying to get through to somebody… I’m not going to this Pizza Hut anymore! I’d rather go across town from now on.

Ordered my pizza well done, it came light. Like, doughy and barely cooked light bake. Like, if it wasn’t warm, I’d wonder if the pizza had even been in the same room as the oven. Also, the side ceasar salad is not worth the $4.00 price tag.
