Well I use to love the New Yorker. It does not seem the same. The sauce is different. The cheese sticks were ok. Cinnamon rolls were nice and the bbq wings were mediocre. Pizza Hut you definitely need to step up your game. Bring back the edge!

An order of wings was not delivered to me and tried to call the store to no avail. The calls were being redirected to a PH call center and they suggest I either go to the store or call the national hot line. Why would I go to the store after paying for delivery? How do you do business without being able to take calls? National PH also did nothing to correct. Wouldn’t order from them again.

I like th their pizza but they don’t pay attention when taking your order. I always order square cut but rarely does it come that way. Don’t know if it’s lack of communication or they don’t care. The girl last night repreated everything I said but it came sliced. I’ll give them 1 more chance and if they choose to ignore square cut I’ll change stores.

Unfortunately this review has to be negative, my last two experiences with this pizza hit have been terrible. They failed to deliver a pizza on one order and never reached out to me. Today I had a pizza delivered only to find all of the toppings and cheese slid to one third of the pizza. I would not recommend this chain. Customer service transferred me to the store twice and I was hung up on twice.

The employees are very rude to people of color. When asked the price on medium pizza he yelled at me. And I told him that that was unacceptable to a customer he told me to get the F out and ” by B. I will never eat there again.

Save yourselves the agony of getting pizza from the East Altamont Pizza Hut location. The Longwood store is shut down for business. The East Altamont store is the one that is supposed to be delivering to the Longwood area, according to the Pizza Hut call center, however they refused to deliver to my Area. I asked to speak to the manager to get an explanation, the manager refused to talk to me over the phone or in person, I went ahead and placed a carry out order on my mobile app, for a carry out to contactless order request. When I got to the location I checked in on my mobile app, on the app it said that my order was ready, after waiting for about 10 minutes no one came out with my order, I then proceeded to call the store a representative answer the phone, I told him I was outside of the store in my vehicle waiting for my contactless carry out, it took them another five minutes to get the order to my car. When I checked my order I realize they made a mistake and did not give me the pizza the way that I ordered it. I went back into the store asked to speak to the manager, the manager refused to speak to me, The representative that was taking care of me told me he was too busy and that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be redone. What a terrible experience, customer service at the East Altamont Pizza Hut is pathetic, and the staff is incompetent.

Literally the worse. I’ve been ordering Pizza Hut for 20 years and I always put in the same information and they CANCELED my order with out so much as a text message and wouldn’t answer their phone for hours. No apology or anything. Never ordering from here again

No phone call or anything saying pizza wouldn’t be coming, no one picked up the phone. When I got there to see if pickup was easier they had the doors locked and no one inside at midnight on a Friday after waiting two hours for delivery that was supposed to take 20 minutes
