Our family of 5 ordered 3 CHICKEN Alfredo bowls as well as a 12 piece wings for delivery. Delivery driver arrives and gives us 3 boxes. We asked about the wings. Then we’re handed 3 bags of 5 breadsticks each. Told the driver they were bread sticks. He told us “No, they’re chicken wings.” We proved to him they were bread sticks. Then the driver tells us “Well, you can keep them because I have no chicken.” Then as our family is serving the CHICKEN Alfredo, all three were missing their chicken…. ??? Freaking wrong man…..

Although the 3 pizzas I ordered were cooked correctly and arrived hot, my Veggie Lover’s had sausage and pepperoni on it. Tasted great! Not what I ordered. Trying to do better, but this didn’t help. Definitely a cheat day!

I specifically ordered delivery, and paid a delivery tip, but they switched it to takeout without informing me. They didn’t even return my tip for the delivery until I drove down there to pick up the food. They took the money, changed it to takeout, and stayed quiet. I’m not paying someone to deliver my food if they aren’t going to deliver my food. I was able to get my tip money back, but that was still dirty of them to not inform me. I’m not ordering from this Pizza Hut again until there is a staff change.

Excellent service. My delivery guy straight up went through hell trying to find my apartment but he was persistent and patient with my horrid and confused directions. Major respect to this dude I wish him the poggest of champs truly the greatest experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut and my years of being a customer. This is the greatest delivery guy to set foot on this planet. I shed tears of joy to see the bravery and commitment the staff of this fine restaurant possess and am glad to tell you that you have just gained a faithful customer.

Ordered a pizza online, got there and they said they didn’t have an order. Showed them proof that I ordered it on my phone app and they argued saying it’s not their problem. Rude staff and wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Note to self: DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HUT ON ST 46. No one greeted me when I walked in. Two employees made eye contact with me and still never spoke. One guy even walked to the front and didn’t say a word. Finally after 10 minutes of just standing there I had to yell “excuse me” multiple times for them to acknowledge me. My pizza was old and cold but wings were hot and fresh. Not worth the money spent.
