Gary and the boys did a great job, I see all of these other reviews and can’t wrap my around that somebody had a bad experience, get that man and his crew a raise Pizza Hut, I dropped almost 53 dollars on 2 medium pizzas and wings. Thanks agian.

I used to go here all the time but the last time I ordered food it was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant! I found 6 long brown and black hair in my food! (I ordered wings btw.) I tried to ignore it but it was unbearable! On top of that their wings a dry and they smell moldy. I called them up about it and the manager on call there gave me an attitude and hung up on me. Then I went in there for my refund and they said they couldn’t process my refund and that I had to come back to speak to a manager. I took pictures of my proof and I left the food there in the store as evidence. Next day I come back to speak to a manager and they “don’t know where my evidence is.” But I had pictures. I got a refund but my kids and I were sick the next few days from ingesting their hairy food! They don’t even wear hair nets in there! The place is dirty and greasy and their staff is ghetto. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again! The Pizza Hut on Orlando Dr. is better!

Delivery driver delivered a pizza smoking a cigarette. Then when he left he back over my mailbox, knocking it completely out of the ground and damaging my property. Manager will not help and says they will reach out. We have not heard anything. Never again.

Order pizza at 9 o’clock confirm delivery at 10:07, call them back at 10:17 now saying it will be another hour. Horrible, do not recommend. And the management would not take our screenshot showing delivery was supposed to be at 10:07, all they would say, is your delivery would be another hour. I asked for a refund on our money. Hopefully that went through. Will be checking with the bank in the morning. 2hrs to get pizza delivered 1.3 miles away is ridiculous!!!

The pizza, and staff were all good, but they could really use some corporate support. There were exposed wires from the cash register to the C.C. machine, and maybe cleaning guidance. The kids working were very nice, well mannered, and not stressed over working NYE.
