I love pizza hut. But who ever did my order yesterday didn’t seem to enjoy the job. I wish I took a picture but man only 2 slices had cheese and the rest was ether they didn’t add enough cheese to the pizza and just burnt the sauce while it was in the oven. Really don’t feel safe ordering from that spot cause I would feel it’s a how the person is feeling that day when they are making your food

Today we order a Hawaiian pizza with cheese border and it was really bad quality.. when we came home we was about to eat and we look that the pizza wasn’t well done .. we call the store and the lady did not give us a solution really bad atención

Haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza got quite some time. Fun fact: I used to work at a Pizza Hut! Anyway, we got curbside pickup on Friday 9/23. Ordered online & I think their app is fantastic! Easy to use & when I was done & ordered it gave me a button to click that said ‘I’m here’ but when I arrived there are no designated curbside pickup parking spots. & when I hit ‘I’m here’ it gave me a phone number to call. So that was kinda a disaster because it’s Friday night & now I have to call. Got put on hold for a while then couldn’t hear when they answered it was so loud in the restaurant. Told her I was there to get a curbside pick up. She took my name & said she’d be right out. She wasn’t right out. She called back & asked my name again & what car I was in (but I had put all this into my order) Pizzas were typical Pizza Hut, I always wish they would put more toppings on & I did order one thin crust which was over done. We got regular breadsticks & cheese breadsticks, the cheese on the cheese breadsticks was barely there, they didn’t look anything like the picture.

Terrible! They never delivered and when I called to inquire very nicely, the Manager hung up on me. Called back several times and they said my order showed delivered THEN said the Door Dash driver was on the way to pick it up. But, I ordered a delivery. Such sorry service! No pizza and no credit. So, I reported as fraud to receive my money back! Cost me a headache and $0.00 to know I will NEVER give them a penny of my money!

Waited 45 to an hour for 4 pizzas and 4 people working on the orders. Like they were losing orders. Receipts were not kept with orders. I was told it’d be right out. I called to order the pizza 20 to 30 before I left and I waited 45 to 60 minutes once I got there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE do not go to this place, the manager is rude and careless, out pizza was not well done the dough was almost uncooked and we waited 40 minutes for it even though I had called 20 minutes before and the manager said it would be ready in 15. Pizza Hut went bankrupt, closing all stores in the USA by the end of 2023. This Metrowest is just a Zombie location about to close in the next weeks. Do not order from any Pizza Hit specially this location. Pizzas are not being delivered and no refunds are given back. Store is closing before the end of 2023.

First time getting pizza here and first time at a Pizza Hut in Orlando. I was severely disappointed. The manager was great and the cashier but when we got him to eat the pizza it was burnt and hard. 7-Eleven and little craters pizza is better. I hate this because the folks seemed great, the kind of place you would go back to but not for the pizza. Got stuffed crust pepperoni and another cheese, a medium sausage, and a medium cheese for approx $56. The stuffed crust were the bad ones
