Customer service is always good. Very friendly and cordial. Normally never had an issue before except with my most recent where the both medium pizzas I ordered were a bit over cooked. The cheese was a little harder than usual. But due to my overall experience. As I’ve ordered pizza at this location for the past 3yrs. This one incident won’t stop me from continuing to using their services.

Ordered a delivery of the New Yorker, extra cheese, light sauce (because I hate oregano), which I’ve purchased a number of times before and completely enjoyed. Unfortunately, this time someone decided to sprinkle a large amount of oregano over the entire pizza. They’ve never done that before. I despise oregano, would never order them to do that. They ruined the whole pizza and all I could taste for the next two hours was oregano. Pizza cost me over $25. What a waste. Goodbye, Pizza Hut. I’ll order from Marco’s for now on.

Pizza was ready when I arrived so no issues there. Coincidentally this pizza store is directly next to another store literally on top of another Italian pizzeria on the side/hip of the plaza. The pizza tasted great and I would give them an A+ on the presentation of the pizza itself and bonus points for being environmentally friendly and conserving cardboard use. See pics below.
