Economy must be rough out there. The number of pepperoni on my pizza for $1.83 was sad. I moved all the meat over enough to have two empty slices. Paid $20 to have it delivered. Curious if the ratio of product to cost is truly equal for the buyer and seller. I felt cheated honestly. My pizza was almost naked!

I ordered a three topping large pizza, when I received the pizza,it was a large cheese pizza. I specifically asked for napkins, plates and forks, and when the driver arrived he had nothing but the incorrect pizza. At a minimum when we order pizza we should at least get napkins and forks. The same location was out of plates a month ago. I called and spoke with the manager, and he did in fact correct the problem, but there should be some quality assurance and verification before that driver leaves with the pizza.

Camilla made my day. She did the right thing even though she didn’t have to. I ordered an ultimate cheese lover stuffed crust, my favorite. I arrived to pick up and asked if she could charge me for some small dipping sauces of the pizza sauce. I explained I love the Alfredo sauce on the ultimate cheese lover but my wife likes the red pizza sauce. She said sure. When she came back I had already paid and she said…wait, was the pizza supposed to have Alfredo sauce then instead of pizza sauce? Yes ma’am and I explained. She replied “oh no. We made it with red pizza sauce. Can you hold on for 10 mins and we will remake it for you?” I said sure I love that sauce and would prefer it. We had a great conversation, just small talk, and then in a few short minutes she brought my new pizza.

I’ve ordered online several times without issue. However, today my parents ordered food and had it sent to my house. The food was ordered at 6:15 and was set to arrive by 6:45. At 7:20, I called and the number took me to a call center. When I inquired about my food, they said they were going to transfer me to the local store. I was transferred 10 times. The final chance for took me to a complaint department to file a complaint. No point was I ever connected to the store. At 11:07 PM, after the store was closed, I received a text that the food was on its way. Nothing has ever showed up.

I try, gave them a second chance and once again they screw up my order, delivered to the wrong house and 2nd deliver took over 40 minutes. At that point I ask for refund, not sure what going on there but they need to get it together. I order from Dominos they were here in less 30min.

Don’t hold you breath for you pizza. Also can’t get a hold of the store to figure out where my pizza is because “the store doesn’t take calls.” It sounds like they outsource their calls to another country. Super inefficient and can’t find my order that I place over an hour ago when there was a “25min” delivery estimate.

This store had a much thinner version of the “pan” pizza dough.. I thought I was given a thin crust by accident. The employee confirmed that it was a pan pizza and that a lot of customers have been commenting/complaining about this different “pan” dough ..

I’ve always loved Pizza Hut Wings…except for recently. Literal smallest wings that I have EVER seen! To truly appreciate how little they are, I took the picture of these two wings on top of the foil lid from the Ranch. That’s what, an inch and a half in diameter? They were ALL this size!!
