Fast and friendly service. Pizza was hot and my son loved it. He also wanted a limited edition Pizza Hut basketball, we got one but it wasn’t inflated very much and it was greasy for some reason. That’s my only complaint. I asked for another one and the employee told me the one my son had was fine and no other ones were available. After further inspection the logos on the ball are worn off in some spots.

My pizza tasted gross and needed to be microwaved when I got it as it wasn’t even room temperature. The breadsticks were burnt with no garlic topping and even marinara sauce didn’t help. I ordered a Seagram’s Ginger Ale 2 liter and got a Sprite version 2 liter called Starry. Not what I ordered, arrived late, burnt and gross. Never again

Worst pizza hut I’ve ever dealt with. Wish we had the pizza hut near our old home. Had this experience twice at this location, never again will order from here. The first time pizza came 1.5hrs late and cold. Manager had to refund everything which doesn’t help the fact that we still had cold food and late! This time, I placed the order at 8:44pm and was promised delivery at 9:41pm. I called at 9:55pm asking where was the pizza and they were just finishing the order. All the manager said was I’m sorry this is the best we can do. No refund, no real customer service, just sorry. Pizza got here at 10:16pm COLD! And pizza almost flipped over pushed to one side. This is ridiculous! I’m not looking for free food! If a customer orders food is because we’re willing to pay, expecting to get something worth the money we all work for. If the crew and management here doesn’t care for customers and what they are doing and just there to make money, please look for another job. We all are customers somewhere and we need to give our best whether we get paid $10/hr or $30/hr. But for what we received yesterday, that is not worth paying for at all! Ridiculous! I had to fix the pizza a bit in order to take the pic. I should of taken the picture the way it actually came pushed to the back of the box.
