Food was horrible. Pizza was cold pasta was hard and flavor was bland. The cheese bread was hard and cheese was overcooked on bread and pasta. Will not return. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back bc I wasted $46.04 of my hard earn money on food which was poorly prepared. What a disappointment.

Tried placing an order online and it said invalid payment and would not complete the order. I checked my account and the card was charged 3 times for the $41 total. I went to the location and showed the “manager” my issue. They gave me a phone number to call said there was nothing they could do about the $120 and that it “should go back on my card in 48 hours . I’d give zero stars if I could no customer service . They wanted to accept no responsibility for PIZZA HUTS OWN WEBSITE and made zero effort to correct the issue of the money they took or the order that was never placed instead gave me a number to call. I will never be back .I’ll call the bank on my own and dispute the charges .

I don’t ever remember leaving a post before but… Either someone’s eating the fries or Pizza Hut skimping immensely on serving these. Other locations provide more that makes worth the purchase. Also when ordering cheese stuffed crust my pizzas are over baked and therefore harder texture. I’ve been enjoying little Ceaser more.

Food was good, but the Bacon Onion pizza was a little well done. Cheese was almost crisp and it was dark. We all ate both pizzas and the boneless wings, I just wish the bacon onion pizza wasn’t in the oven for so long so the cheese would be soft and stretchy and the crust to be a little softer.

Sadly called, no answer; ordered online ended up with only 1 of 3 toppings and stuffed crust instead of regular crust. Ok maybe my fault. Wings came with minimal sauce. Way over priced wings were 21.99, pizza was subpar. Go with Dominos. Always hot, always strive to help. Also dominos does school give back nights!

I received the wrong flavor of boneless wings in a delivery. I didn’t check until the driver had already left. I called the store and the manager was quick to offer a new batch of the correct flavor. Everyone I spoke with was very nice on the phone. I decided since it was late I didn’t want them to bother running back out to us. But it was actually a pleasure to not get the correct item as I was able to experience the great customer service they are providing. Everything was beyond delicious!! Definitely get the boneless wings!
