We ordered a medium supreme and there was a conversation between us and the employee that was misunderstood she didn’t speak good English and kept repeating to certain toppings to be put on the pizza. Supreme,Supreme Pizza

The food was cold and there was a huge thumb print in the center of my breadstick, and to top it off the driver expressed his unhappiness with his tip. I grew up on pizza hut so naturally its my go-to but with the past few experiences I feel it’s time to explore replacement options.

I am currently at this location speaking with law enforcement due to the employees and management. I placed my order at 10:55 pm, my order was supposed to be ready at 11:19 pm via curbside. When I got there several employees entered the building, I assumed that employees would at least come out and ask about my order. Nope no one showed up, I called and the representative said they were open and that they should have received my order. I walked to the door and ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES waved me away, they didn’t ask for my order information, didn’t give an explanation or anything. I asked for my refund and they turned their heads and waved me away again. When the police showed up they gave them an excuse that their location didn’t get it and that they close at 11. Which is not what the representative said, he said they were supposed to be open until 12. They also told the police officer that I didn’t place an order. The officer aslo confirmed that wasn’t true because they saw the confirmation email sent from Pizza Hut to my email. I have been a patron to this location several times, and every now and then I encounter questionable racial treatment, however I have noticed, when a fluent Spanish speaking person enters they are happy and cheerful. I highly encourage this location to have a refresher training on customer service. I will never return to this location!

Been riding with yawl since I was a jitt. Still riding with yawl today. Still have the best pizza by far. Best taste. Family choice for pizza night. Prices sure have changed since the early 00’s but definitely still worth my money. Thanks always Pizza Hut!
