First time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Order took over an hour to get here. Food was cold. No extra cheese (that we paid for) or extra sauce that we specified in the order. Money wasted. Wont be ordering here again.

Ordered a pizza half cheese half pepperoni noticed I didn’t have any pepperoni called back the store to see if they could send out another pizza after talking to carmen she rudely told me there was pepperoni on my pizza and hung up the phone on me twice she said they just added extra cheese after explaining there wasn’t any extra cheese nor pepperoni she proceed to call me rude things she needs to be fired

I always make the orders for pickup and the people are nice and the orders are ready on time … the only thing I have been ordering for two weeks in a row ordering cinnamon rolls and garlic nuts and they are super small … the size is not what they really should to have

I’ve always bought from this Pizza Hut and never had an issue. I’ve ordered the pasta multiple times and today I ordered two orders and they gave me two small round portions instead of the regular rectangular portion. If I knew it would have been this size I would NOT have purchased . On top of that they didn’t even try to accommodate the situation or anything at all. I also asked them to separate the two cheese sticks orders because they put them all together in one box instead of putting them with he pasta how they always do . Also the employee was somewhat rude saying why do they need it separate. Because that’s how it comes and they’re two separate orders. That was uncalled for. Don’t even want to come back anymore .

I paid more for cheese sticks with my order and reviced the cheaper bread sticks instead. I spoke to Maria and then an hour later Frank at the store to see if they would send the driver back with my breadsticks and they both said yes but they lied.

Mistakenly order carry out online I stead of delivery. Therefore, I called Pizza Hut and was directed to the call center. I asked to be transferred to the store to explain the situation. I was transferred around 5 times with no help to reach the store. By then my pizza isn’t fresh.

Pizza was great overall, but the delivery guy is always Awesome!!! Always asking how I am and interacts with my children. I always forget to ask for his name. Older gentlemen with long salt & pepper hair, Spanish speaking. HE IS AWESOME!!!!

worst customer service ever!!! couldn’t place an order over the phone and i called twice!! placed an order online and when my husband went to pick up they gave him the wrong pizza. i called to ask for the manager and got hung up on, by the manager!!! went to the store to complain and the manager questioned me as to why my husband didn’t say anything at the time he picked up the order yet they are the ones who messed up the order!!! she didn’t even apologize for their mistake, and had a nasty attitude!! I’ve worked in customer service for several years and that is no way to treat a customer!!! getting her to give me a refund was like pulling teeth!
