I order a pizza and after an hour of being “out for delivery” the manager told me that she sent it 20 minutes ago. An hour later I called to ask about the status and they cancelled my order and never sent me the pizza. When I tried calling again they just kept dropping my call. They didn’t even make the refund and I lost all my rewards on the app. Horrible management! And I can’t even order from another Pizza Hut around!

Our most current visit to Pizza Hut in Pembroke Pines was disappointing. The meatballs tasted funny and we ended up removing them from our pie but we did eat a few of them first. The next day, we had stomach problems.

Today! Today Today Today July 3rd will be my VERY LAST TIME ordering from this location! The manager Jackie is terrible as well! I’m now speaking to another manager that just started a different shift .. in the middle of me telling her about the wrong order she rudely put the phone on hold never came back to the phone … it’s just a lot to type but bottom line is this location is very unprofessional nasty and rude!

This is the third Pizza I picked up from this location and was not satisfied. I ordered a supreme and this looks like a cheese pizza. I can count the amount of toppings on my Pizza. We are ALL consumers, and the person who prepared this pizza should be ashamed. I know this person would not eat food they’re not satisfied with.

I came in the Pizza Hut, 12113 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Pines Florida. There was about a 30 second to a minute wait. The young lady calms up front very hyper. She asked for my number with my mask on she could not hear me and she yelled what!? I lowered my mask told her my name told him my number and the experience gotten worse. The young lady asked me what did I want. I told her and I asked her about their wings. She told me that their chicken wing fryer machine is broken and then I had to tell her, look I am not in a rush to order please let me see what I want to order. I received more attitude I asked to speak to the manager. She said, I AM THE MANAGER!! I told her I am a Google Maps reviewer and I will be writing a bad review about this store. The young lady said she does not care. I asked for the customer service number she will not release it to me and even threatened to call the authorities on me while I stand in the corner of the store on the phone trying to reach Pizza Hut customer service. I have never in my 55 years of living been treated so nasty by a little girl. She had a name chain tag on which says Samantha I told her look Samantha, that’s not my name that’s my daughter’s name. Another customer came in she was very cordial with him after I gave her some lessons about customer service. She does not believe that I was going to contact Pizza Hut’s customer service or write a bad review which I am doing. The young lady threatened to call the authorities because I would not leave or place an order as fast as she wanted me to, while I was on the phone. With an attitude she said are you going to place an order or not if not get out of my store. I cannot recommend this store for pickup or to place an order inside the store you may experience the same thing.

I have made 6 attempts to speak to the associates and every attempt to call resulted in me being placed on hold. When the pizza finally got deliver 3 hours later the seal was broke and the pizza box was smashed. This is completely unprofessional and not my first unpleasant experience with this store.

Worst PizzaHut in South Florida. Back in October I ordered a Large Supreme pizza with customer toppings of course they messed it up Royal. So I complained to the Manager at the time and I was told I would receive a full credited for the order. When I reached out to place an order tonight not only was the credit not on my account but the General Manager claimed I was making up the incident (even though I was able to accurately tell him the last time I ordered from there) and was only willing to credit me $5 for a $28 order . The Management staff there are liars, disrespectful and lack concern for customer satisfaction. Never gonna order from this trash location again
