The pizza they sent me was hard like a cardboard box. I called and spoke with the shift manager who did nothing to compensate for the poor quality of food they sent. The call dropped, when I called back and asked to speak with the same person I just got off the phone with, they said he was on the phone, and put me on hold. He answered, hung up. I called back and they bounced the call around , I asked for the name of the shift mananger, they did not want to give it to me. The pizza was horrible and the breadsticks are more like BRICK STICKS . it was hard , if you took a bite into it you could risk chipping a tooth.

PIZZA HUT store at 3324 NE 7th Street, Homestead, FL 33033, sure ruined our night. Waited for more than 2 hours after placing the order, no delivery, my guest left without any food. Never again. The so called apology was that the driver didn’t speak English so couldn’t understand the manager’s directions. Very disappointed.

Pepperoni Pizza with NO Pepperoni, Cheese sticks with NO cheese and uncut and the manager at Pizza Hut stated that because the order was done thru Uber Eats is NOT their product is Ubers Eats product and therefore their fault as if the driver of Uber Eats made the Pizza and cheese sticks himself. What a waste of $80. Simply an incompetent Store Manager misrepresenting the store policies.

Overall pizza gets home fast and hot and usually orders are done correctly. There was one order where Pizza was not good and smelled bad (one of 3 pies) but the other two were great. Really been good to us although it has become expensive lately.
