This Pizza Hut offers, carryout, delivery, and a pick-up window. When I visit, it’s often for a personal pan pizza due to nostalgia reasons. I order online and pick it up in store. The pizza is cooked to order and served hot. The workers get the orders out, but at no rush.

I walked inside this Pizza Hut to place an order and as soon as I walked in the girl standing at the register immediately asked for my phone number and name.I asked her why did she need my phone number and name? she lied and stated that it is the only way I could place an order. So what if I didn’t have a phone,I couldn’t order? I visited many Pizza Hut restaurants and the only time I was asked my name and phone number is when I ordered over the phone not when I walked inside! She kept being persistent about knowing my identity I have no idea why. I gave her a FAKE NAME AND FAKE PHONE NUMBER! When I got my Pizza, whoever prepared it gave me a small amount of Pepperoni and a lot of tomato sauce under the cheese it was nasty! Im never eating at this Pizza Hut again! I don’t know what kind of people work here and I believe they purposely messed up my Pizza.Why are so many young people so wicked?

I ordered a pizza for carryout the breadsticks was hard as rocks we couldn’t eat them, there were barely no toppings or cheese on the pizza. I’m just so dissatisfied. That I spent my hard-earned money here. And also the customer service could improve. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the whole pizza because I had hungry children at home but this is what “Both” pizzas looked like, all crust.

Pizza was hot… but I waited over 30 minutes in the store for my order. There were people that came in behind me that got their orders before I did. I was just very tired and just wanted my food so I could get home to feed my family. Next time I will order online and pick up in the store.
