The pizza arrived cold and did not look or taste good. I ordered two orders of buffalo wings and only received one order and it wasn’t even buffalo wings. The chicken wings had a different sauce on it. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again

Just order from Uber or seamless. This Pizza Hut is no cheaper or quicker and is much lower quality. There are countless better pizza restaurants which actually deliver your order on time. This place takes well over 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza a few blocks. If you call to ask where the food is, they place you on hold and then perpetually guess that it’ll arrive in “20 minutes, maybe”

I ordered my food at 10:00pm my food was ready at 11:20pm but the drive delivered it to the wrong area where, I had to drive up to pizza hut an ask for my money back, and the driver wasn’t their after I made it to pizza hut. Also, I called the driver back twice on his phone and he didn’t pick up my phone call at all.

If you’re ever in the Miami area and craving pizza and decide to order from this pizza hut, don’t. It’s going to be a game of roulette on what you may receive from them. I ordered a medium original pan veggie lover and received a plain thin crust. The boneless burnin hot wings I ordered were gasping for sauce, they might as well have been chicken tenders. To top it off, the bleu cheese sauce I ordered came as ranch. Usually I am sympathetic and understanding but after looking at previous reviews, it seems my service was on par with this pizza hut’s reputation.

I ordered and opted in for text updated. It said it should be about 25-35 minutes. Got a text that it was ready for pick up 30 minutes later. I then waited 20 minutes and got a text that they were using DoorDash to deliver, and then I waited 45 additional minutes. so i my order was ready for 65 minutes before it got to me.

I placed an order online at 4:51 PM estimate time was 55 to 65 minutes after 3 hours and 19minutes I received my pizza cold breadstick greasy dissatisfied I called the store and Leo said next time I Oder a get a 20% off I decline his offer my children crying because I chose to rely on Pizza Hut dinner at this location being run poorly the driver drop the pizza at my Doorstep’s and went to his car and proceeded to yell at me saying $30 with the price and I said OK and He said I need my bag and I said come get your bag he wanted to bring the bag back to him to his car was that part of my job as a paying costumer.Leo i told you of my pizza was cold I was going to give you a review thank you for you’re 20% off.

I made an order at 8pm. I assumed since it’s Saturday it would take a little longer, 12:00 am and nothing still. I called the store and the Manager advised me that it was cancelled because there was too much traffic. They did not have the decency to call me.

The Delivery driver refuse to deliver to my door claiming there was no parking and when I walked down there were plenty of spots. He did said that will be $34 when the order was $24. Asked him to look at the receipt then he said oops sorry. Thus he tried to get more money out of me and didn’t delivery to the door . Pizza was also cold and flavorless. I live just blocks away how is it already cold ?
