I only gave it a 2 star because eventually everything was good but before hand I waited almost 2.5 hours for 1 dinner box when I was calling to find out what’s going on nobody was answering or someone would answer and just hang it up . When I finally got through they told me my pizza was picked up already?!? ( I was waiting for delivery how did my pizza get picked up?!? ) comes to find out they gave my paid pizza to someone else so they had to remake it

Soo unprofessional customer service, “Maria Arras’, after I provided my Id,Cc,internet receipt,with my custom and specific order, She made my elder father pick up our order in person,even threatening to throw away our food if my father wouldn’t show personally his CC,ID, etc. without any apology finally handle our order.( I just read this is a common practice from this person, mistreateding customer). I WON’T come back here again.I’ll take my business anywhere else.

This lady is very unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to speak to people . She’s very unsanitary she sneezed and didn’t wash her hands so please watch out . For this lady to be a manger she isn’t doing very well . The owner needs to see this and make something happen. Then this second employee lied and said she didn’t speak English when clearly she does she needs to be trained well and learn to speak to people in a more calmer tone instead of yelling . She’s sitting there laughing and playing around instead of getting my order prepared.

Worst service ever, I order online called in to check the order and they told me it would be delivered shortly, waited a hour before calling back to sit on hold 10 mins for them to tell me it’s in route. An hour after that I called to see if the diver was still coming for them to tell me my order was cancelled because I didn’t answer there call. Which I never got, how can a order be out for delivery and then cancelled. Why not tell me that two hours ago. Sad part this is not the 1st time this location has been terrible, onec I received someone else’s order, when I called in to fix it they told me the diver will return to pick up the order and I had to replace my order online. From the management on down no one at this location has communication skills. Everybody needs to be replaced at this location.

Decent pizza hut! The pizzas that I get here sometimes are super dense and not cooked properly but that’s not always the case. They are great at cooking the pizza on time which is great and typically the people on site are decently nice. Overall great place.
