This establishment acts as if they are within a third world country . I called today after a random missed call from their number and was told that they don’t speak English. I asked for a Manager to find out why I was called and was told that the MANAGER speaks NO ENGLISH . Sadly this is the only location that delivers to me but I now drive to another location just to avoid the awful experience always had with this place. You guys give Pizza Hut a BAD NAME. Pizza Hit needs to completely restaff that awful location. SMH

The Christmas melt that I received did not live up to all the hype. There was just a tiny bit of meat, bell peppers or onions. Had cheese, but that was it. Made on a very thin crust. Not worth the money I spent. And I love pizza hut! Just not happy with the melt that I tried for the first time. Very disappointed.

I never review much restaurant but.. i was on vacation in Miami for my bday last year. They had they ‘Beyond Meat’ sausage pizza that was out for a limited time, & at VERY limited locations. So i was lowkey tracking it down. So to find this Pizza Hut had it on my way home drunk as hell.. was a dream come true for a vegan like me lol. And the front cashier ladies was very nice and did they job with ease, unlike many other Pizza Huts i been to. Would definitely return here if they brought back this pizza an i was in Miami again!

horrible customer service. Cancelled my order just because I didn’t pick up my phone. Obviously if I ordered online I know my address for delivery. such a waste of time. I will never order from them again.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Ismarelda who claims to be the manager hangs up on clients after calling my phone number three times and not letting it ring more than once so that she can cancel the order. Then magically I get the order in and so “we’ll educated” deliver boy or should I say man can speak a word of English and won’t deliver my pizza to the hospital room where Esmeralda said they could deliver too. This is now two orders that I have put in and have lost money on and was told I would receive the money back on my card within two business days and if things work as well as the two idiots I spoke with I can guarantee that I will be out more than 50 dollars while I sit here and starve. Train your workers properly to one be courteous two to be competent but most importantly speak English. This is America and if you can’t speak to the customer then you can’t do your job at all. Never ordering from Pizza Hut the worst pizza delivery company in the world.

My experience, in a word, was terrible. You make an order, you pay for it then it never comes. You call, then they pick up the phone and hang up. The managers are unhelpful. Then they try to gaslight you when you ask for a refund. Good luck with that store.
