50% of what I ordered was not delivered. It took 90 min to arrive. Crust was missing from cold pizza ( looked like someone took a bite ). I waited for 30 min on the phone to ask for my refund for what they charged me for but never deliver . They hang up on me 6 times, they kept my money for food they never ordered. This location needs to be flagged for terrible food , service and experience. Will never order pizza hut again. What a terrible business they are running. Even their call center and corporate office were less than helpful.

Each time I order from here, I am always hesitant. After my last experience on March 17, 2023, I doubt I will ever order from this store again. Terrible service with a late delivery and cold which I had to throw out. Ordered at 9:16 pm and delivered at 10:38 pm. At about 40-45 min. after placing the order, the system recognized my order had been delivered when it was not. Given that this store was ordered shut in August of 2022 for violations, I don’t know what I was thinking in giving them a shot. Be wary! I have reached corporate for a refund, lets see how that pans out. I will update this posting/review referencing a reimbursement if I see it is actually taken care of. My order total all in was $26.53 for one large pie and delivery address is roughly a 5-7 min drive.

I decided to order Pizza Hut after years of not eating pizza from this place. I’m pregnant and decided to order the stuffed crust pizza with green peppers. I made a mistake and place the order for pick up instead of delivery. Since is really close to my house I went to pick it up. When I got back home I was starving. I was so happy until I opened the box. No sauce and the peppers were completely burned. I tried a slice, because honestly I was starving. The pizza was not tasty I decided not to eat it and placed another other from another place. Is not fair they don’t pay attention to the products they serve. We are not in the position these days to throw money away. I spent time and money for something I ended up not eating and had to spend more ordering from another restaurant. I’m just sharing my experience so other people is aware of the service and products this restaurant serves. And hopefully the restaurant starts paying attention and star selling better products and this won’t happen to another hungry customer like me.

I got Pizza Hut delivered last night. We ordered a large pizza half cheese other half chicken and bacon. I actually took a picture because I was shocked. ONLY about 3 slices had chicken and bacon AND those are the ones that were all flipped. Some slices were way too small. The “large” pizza was more like a medium sized one. It really sucked sharing this between three people. The left and right side didn’t even match in size. The fries were also a disappointment. Nothing was fresh, tasty or filling. We actually ate sandwiches afterwards. I’m very upset with what we received. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

One of these two men calls himself “Fred”. Let me tell you about Fred. Our order was marked as delivered, and was of course, no where to be seen. We called the store, and “Fred” was incredibly helpful—HAH! JUST KIDDING he immediately hung up and we have been on hold for the past half hour. We are literally sitting inside the store, still on hold. At least they offered to make our order so we could take it home. Didn’t even offer an apology or anything. Fred, if you ever see this, know you have made an enemy today.

I have only 2 times from this store and both times I’ve had horrible experiences. Both orders were made through the app, but each time it gave an estimated time and it wasn’t followed. The orders were incorrect and blamed it on the costumer (me), their customers service through the phone is the worst. They actually hung up on me multiple times and one time they pretend they couldn’t hear me and were giggling in the back. I just won’t order from this store ever again…
