When you call or you place an order online for curbside pickup when you get to your order after the email says it’s ready you pull up there are no places that says curbside pickup parking you have to call and then you have to explain to the person that on the other end of the phone that doesn’t understand English that’s what we speak in America couldn’t get the order right said it was ready then it said it wasn’t ready or we’ll bring it out to you or it’ll be 5 more minutes they couldn’t make up their mind and again could not speak English properly and I had to wait 9 more minutes after arriving after I had to call to get my order brought out to the car last time lousy service and the food nasty! Never ever will I order for this Pizza Hut again sadly disappointed and $45 wasted

Service was great. The food was horrible and under cooked. The dough was the blandest I have ever had. I ordered a hand tossed veggie supreme and no matter what I did, added crushed pepper, cooked it a little longer. It made no difference.

I have been a good customer to these people I do not deserve the way they’re treating me I asked for a Dr pepper they give me a Pepsi and they also screwed up on my pizza I asked them for a large supreme Pizza they give me a medium Pizza. This company needs to be checked out something’s wrong the manager is not efficient the phone is not being correctly answered and then they hang up on you. I hope one of the people that are in the higher-ups is reading what is going on with this company they need to shut the business down permanently! The better Business bureau should be called also!

The staff could be a bit friendlier… The facility could use some modernizing. All was OK, just not outstanding… and everyone was rushing around, no smiles or welcome or thank yous. The restaurant is in an old dine-in restaurant. Chairs were stacked on top of tables, when I asked about dine in I was simply told “no dine in”. Place could be more presentable. Food was fine although not the best Pizza Hut Pizza I have had.

I was ordering a pizza through the phone. After giving all my information (including my debit card information) the lady hung up on me. I called back many times, but they never answered. They didn’t call me back either. The pizza has never arrived and I was charged for that order. That happened on Sunday, May 1st 2022 at 11:54 P.M.

Ordered online for pick up went to get it after 30 minutes walked in and everyone was standing around i gave them my name they told me my pizza wasn’t ready yet i sat down right in front 15 minutes go by and the lady pulls a bag from under the counter she was standing at an tells me that was my food. I asked her if my food had been there the whole time even when they told me it wasn’t ready she said yes. Meanwhile the manger too busy telling a young man about using his phone came to the front 2xs while I was waiting. I won’t be going back and I live a block away i don’t recommend this pizza place
