If you like your pizza burnt then this Pizza Hut is for u!! Every time I’ve ordered from here the pizza is either stale or over cooked. It’s been over a year but it seems like it hasn’t changed. The pictures are from the NY Style pizza there’s nothing NYan about it

I was quite disappointed with the pizza I received. The dough was excessively thick, and there was a scarcity of chicken and toppings. Moreover, the amount of cheese on the pizza was also disappointingly low. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and fell far short of my expectations.

Order a Ham and pineapple pizza with cheese in the crust and it was perfect. The page said it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I was there for carryout 20 minutes after and the order was ready. The pizza was perfect and the cashier was nice.

I’m new around the area and my experience with this location wasn’t the best. They had me waiting for 3 hours for my food. I tried calling the store several times and no one would answer. I also tried speaking with someone when you call to make a new order but the representative Adam who answered didn’t let me explain and transferred me without saying a word. I didn’t know if I was going to get my food or my money back. There was no communication from the store at all. After 3 hours I received a text from door dash saying they would be delivering my food. When I received the food, it was what I ordered but it was more that 3 hours late and the food was cold. It was a waste of food and money since I had to get food from someplace else. All I want is my money back and I doubt that will happen after reading reviews about this location.

Had to wait an additional 12 mins after the app said our order was ready. The associates were like it is what it is type of attitude and they were extremely busy. My pizza wouldn’t have been made any faster but it would’ve been more accepting if they apologized, understand the frustration and please it’ll just be ten more minutes.

I placed an order online and the delivery was sent to doordash, who never made it to the delivery address. I had to travel to the pizza hut location and place a new order. I was t even compensated for the time lost. I would recommend to advise the customer when this is done.
