Terrible customer service inside the store (Friday 8/26/22) Two employees were argumentative with me when all I was doing was picking up a carry out order. Also my pizza had holes in it. Needless to say I will never go back.

Ordered online @ 12:45 p.m. follow up with a call to store to remind them: address is correct but wrong on the GPS(its google thing, I complained again) opting “NO contact” @ 13:31 my text 305-282-156 said “out for delivery” minutes later I see him drive by-he got it wrong. I called the store and the driver said I shouldn’t have asked for “No Contact”.

My family had always ordered pizza at this location and this bad experience has never occurred before. My grandma who doesn’t speak any English is the one that always orders, she was trying to order and they answer her in a very inappropriate way saying that they don’t talk any Spanish and that she needed to talk in English very disappointed in experiencing something like that. I wasn’t there to order in English so my grandma gave the phone to my brother and they told him that they don’t take orders from kids, then how was grandma supposed to order? But then worse part is that days later that happens my mom called in the morning to order and she asked the employee if it was true that on the night shift nobody speaks Spanish, his response was that from what he knows everyone talks Spanish in there. So what I don’t understand is how are you going to treat an elder like that just because you don’t want to work and take an order. What gets me disappointed is not the fact of language, but their service because having good customer service is being available to help the customer and offer the best service that you can. So it is true that no one speaks Spanish at Pizza Hut in Miami which is ironic, then at least try to explain in your language and politely that you don’t speak Spanish and that no one in there can help. Estoy muy enojada con lo que paso con mi abuelita, so mi consejo es que si van a ordenar en el turno de la noche recuerden que solamente hablan en Ingles y de una forma muy inapropiada y mal educada o a lo mejor es que no quieren trabajar. Pero gracias por el mal servicio, aun estando en los Estados Unidos y que haya que hablar en Ingles, la humildad no se puede perder.

I had a horrible experience today at my local pizza hut. I ordered my pizza carryout using the app and I had to wait an hour to receive my order. At 40 minutes I got down and asked about my pizza and “it wasn’t ready” I told the gentlemen when it’s ready, to please delivery to my car. After one hour of waiting I got off again to inquire about my pizza and it was sitting in the warmer. So after waiting for so long, no one bothered to deliver the pizza or inquire. I spoke to the manager and she was very rude and disrespectful. She threw the pizza on the counter towards me stating it’s not her fault, she has new employees that didn’t know what they were doing. Extremely unprofessional service. Management and staff are clueless at doing their simple job.

I placed an order on the 4th of July that I never received. I tried calling the store and got a call center instead. They transferred me to the store where it disconnected multiple times. The one time I actually got ahold of the store, after waiting on hold for more than a half hour, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I will admit I was not in a great mood and was a little agitated, however, I did not curse, did not call names, and did not threaten in any way. The employee refused to listen to the situation and instead tried to tell me what happened saying they didn’t have my order with having incorrect facts. She then said “If you’re not going to listen to me then I’m going to hang up.” I then asked for her name, which she refused to give and then disconnected the call. I was charged $42.95, which included a $5 tip, for an order I never received and the store claimed they never had. Tried reaching out to the store, corporate, and even the CEO just to get my money back with no response or resolution from any. Very sad, consistently the best wings of any pizza chain but consistently the worst customer service as well. Pizza Hut’s new slogan “Pizza Hut! Pizza, Wings, or F*ck You, Because We Can!”

This place needs help from corporate…ASAP! Made an online order for “Curb Side pick up” had to go inside to ask for the pizza after they didn’t pay attention to the app. Got inside and still had to wait another 10min because they hadn’t completed the order. I was 10min late and called them that I’d be running a lil late. After all that they still couldn’t my order done even on late time. Go to Papa John’s or Costco Pizza!
