We order a big dinner box for our family, they called twice to say the driver was on the way. From the time they called it took about 20 mins for the driver to arrive. We were on the balcony waiting for the driver. When the driver pulled into the parking lot and parked he stumbled out of his car and threw a beer bottle on the floor, came upstairs with the pizza took the cash and left. When we opened the box inside the pizza was not even intact. We called to complain about how we received the pizza for them to just question the driver. We know things are hard and we were not going to mention anything about what we noticed until the driver decided to lie and said we opened it in front of him and said it was good. So when we told the manager about the beer the manager simply put the driver on the phone to say it’s your word against mines and I’m the delivery driver and hugged the phone. This will be the last time I order from here

This place scams!!! So I ordered food online with my card, and when the guy came he never had me sign anything and didn’t even give a receipt!!! I wait for the charges to clear in my bank and today it says they over charged me. They added a tip to my order. I always tip cash never in card!!! Pizza hut swears I signed and put a tip. I didn’t I have ring and it shows that the guy handed me the pizzas and left!!! I called the bank but be careful they don’t over charge u and take money from u!!

If I could give no stars and warn yall about them stealing your money I would. So I ordered pizza in the app as always. Everything went great, I always give cash tip to drivers because I do uber and other apps and I know sometimes they take tips. So I been waiting for the charge to clear in my bank. I wake up this morning to find out they over charged me on my card, by $20. I call the store and the manager said the driver said I added the tip to the card. I said I have a ring doorbell and have what happen on camera. Then she says oh am so sorry this happened. I can give u a store credit. I said no I am calling the bank to dispute the charge. I asked her how many other people she has allowed her drivers to do this to. She said no this has never happened. I said lies because u told me I added the tip to the receipt when I told you I have a camera proving I didn’t you said sorry. So be careful when using a card they will over charge you and if you don’t catch it, u will never know.

So I wrote another review earlier about them stealing my money. So now some other lady calls me back saying we signed the receipt and put the tip. I said that’s a lie the guy didn’t give use a receipt, or even give us anything to sign. I asked for a copy of the receipt the rude lady refused. I asked if she was a Manger because the lady I spoke to earlier said she was the Manger, she said yea I asked for her name and info to call corporate and she hung up. Be careful yall they could scam yall outta money as well. It’s ok the bank said they will take care of it. They can ask for the receipt for them and if it’s not mine or my husband’s signature they will get in alot of trouble for fraud. Just make sure yall get the receipt and when u sign make sure u put a line through the tip section if your tipping cash!!

If I can give them a zero I would. Ordered curbside pickup through my app as I normally do, but today I go to pick up my order and I’m told we don’t do curbside pickup anymore. I said why do you have that option on your app then we just don’t do that anymore. Received attitudes from 2 staff before they finally said I’m going to do it just this time. So the guy who brought out my food had an attitude as well like he didn’t even want to hand me my food . I politely put the tip money back in my pocket. Without customers you wouldn’t even have a business to run. I will buy Red Baron pizza out the frozen section of the store next time. Whoever owns this location needs to have on the job training before they ruin your business. Disappointed customer

Ordered the pizza at 8:50 pm, 2 hrs later the pizza still didn’t arrive, i call the store and they simple told me that there was not order in my name, ir was the manager who told me that, they just canceled my order when it was too late, I checked my credit card account the next day and they had charged twice!!!! just like that, they charged twice and didnt deliver the food!!!

I have been coming here for years. I’m not sure how it is that their pizza is always delicious. They have great customer service. The staff is very courteous and attentive. I always go to this pizza hut since I tried the pizza hut on 112 Ave and 232 st and they would always burn the pizza and had horrible customer service. I never went back to that pizza hut. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut and applaud management for making it happen.
