I enjoy a pizza from Pizza Hut once in a while. When I order online for pickup, they usually get the order right. This time however, they totally forgot the chicken on the one topping medium pizza (see the order receipt and see the pizza). Maybe with the discount special, you get half off and no toppings. They really have to pay attention to the quality control and check the order.

I paid over $40 for a delivery and i never got anything. for reference i ordered at 10:19pm on a Sunday (about 2 hours before closing) and the app said it would be in my hands around 10:49. fast forward to around 11:40 and i STILL don’t have my food so i called, only for them to tell me that it’s on the way and to call back once i get it for a refund. another 20 minutes go by and still no food. at this point i just want them to cancel my order and give me a refund. but then since they close at 12, which they did not tell me, i am now left with no pizza, no way to contact the store, and a $40 charge on my card. not to mention they closed the store without resolving my issue. easily the WORST pizza delivery service i’ve experienced. id give this place 0 stars if i could. it doesn’t help that i’m not even a 5 minute drive away from the store. i’m not one to complain about customer service but this is just ridiculous. it’s also not the first time they take over an hour to deliver my food but at least other times i’ve gotten it even if it’s late. never buying from this terrible company again.

I had the worst experience tonight. I placed a delivery order at 7:45 pm, right now it is 11:35 pm and they have not delivered my order. The call center is helpless, they only take orders, transfer calls to the store and hang up on you. I have been trying to get to talk to someone at this store to request my money back, but the call center has placed me on hold twice for over an hour and no one responds. This is beyond frustrating, I am left with no other alternative, but to dispute the charges with my bank and never ever again order Pizza Hut. Good luck.

This place is a total disaster called to make an order and the pickup time was 45min didn’t even ask how long for delivery arrived 45min later and the lady in the front told me she hadn’t even began my order I was extremely upset But I decided to wait because my kids were expecting pizza 10mins later she comes out and tells me and 4 other customers that if we wanted to cancel the order to due so because she had burned all the pizzas total madness!! If I could give no stars that’s what I will rate this place !!!
