waited almost two hours for my food, decided to call 2 hours after order was places asking where my pizza was, they told me that the driver had left because i didn’t pick up the phone. however driver never rang the doorbell or even bothered knocking, they went back and canceled my order.

Every time I order from this pizza hut they always get my order wrong!! I had ordered 2 sides of fries and was only sent 1. When I called and spoke to a rep he stated that a new worker got it wrong by sending me a large container with the 2 sides of fries inside. I tried to explain that I had a small container and only 1 order of fries. He wouldn’t do anything so I asked to speak with the manager, the phone then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, who answered the phone. He also tried to explain the same thing and yet again I stated that what I got was not a medium size container it was a small. He was only willing to send me the side of fries if I returned the other, which I did. Never ordering from here again!! they just lost my business. It’s always something with them.

The pizza was so spicy that we had to throw it out. Someone clearly sprinkled red pepper spicy flakes on the sauce. Tried calling store to return and they kept passing me to different employees. When I asked for manager they hung up on me 3 times and routed the call to a central number. I will never order from pizza hut again. The lack of respect for the consumer is shameful.

This place is one of the most clean pizza hut I’ve ever have been to. They are located at 9578 SW 137 Ave . There’s two hard working ladies doing an outstanding fabulous job they should really be recognized for their cleanliness and customer service. I highly recommend this pizza hut. I came back today and met the manager if her workers are great so is she great customer service you won’t regret coming here. Clean clean

The pizza was incredibly oily. I had to use a bunch of napkins to wipe off the grease from the first few slices, which otherwise tasted okay. But I threw the rest out when I ran out of napkins and the prospect of eating pure oil was sickening. I will almost surely never order from that branch again to not waste my money.

Probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever had to deal with, the manager was really rude and their delivery was about a 2 1/2 hour wait. Beware!!! stay clear of this Pizza Hut.

This has already happened on prior orders. I add specific instructions to please ring doorbell but the pizzas were dropped off on the floor and the door bell was not rang. This resulted in us eating our pizza 20 minutes after it was delivered. And again, this has happened multiple times before. I have already complained on the phone.
