Everytime you call they either have an attitude or they try to rush you .. and not to forget of you call during the last 30 mins they ignore the phone unless you pull up in person.. now I thought they’re probably busy but I called from the parking lot and they just go about their business I guess tryin to close as fast as they can… this location has fallen off in terms of customer service

Picked up my pizza and while I was driving back home I get a call from them letting me know they gave me the wrong pizza. Sure enough I had to turn back to return it and pick up the correct one. Second one they gave me was also not what I requested and without the extra cheese I paid for; I took it because I had already wasted too much time. And of course you can bet they sold the one I returned the first time.

Yesterday (07/27/22) I order pizza for my kids and like every other time I order pizza from this location and by the time I get home the food is always cold that I have to reheat, something is always missing. Isn’t the point of ordering take out is to have your food hot and ready to eat. Food doesn’t taste the same as it should. Always disappointing when going to this Pizza Hut location.
