Terrible customer service, rude responses over the phone, zero help regarding the delivery of my order. This store needs new management immediately, based on the rest of these reviews it is definitely a common occurrence. We ordered a melt and a pan pizza. We requested extra mushrooms and there were barely any on the pizza. I would have been more satisfied eating 1 of my shoes. I can not believe Pizza Hut has dropped in quality so much.

I placed an order through the app at 11:31am which said the delivery time would be 25-30min. I called the store at 12:09pm and 12:13pm to get an update on my order status. Both times an employee picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying anything. I called a third time at 12:17pm which I then sat on hold for 10min before finally getting an answer. The lady who answered was EXTREMELY rude. She could not provide me with an accurate update and when I continued to ask she said “idk maybe 20min more” and then hung up on me. It is now 12:37pm and I still do not have my order or even an accurate update.

Absolutely not. I do not advise ordering from this establishment. We had placed a delivery order on the app a few past 8 I called in around 9 checking if they had received it and to know the status as the app hasn’t shown us any different. A woman answered the phone I explained the situation she has said wait 5 minutes and check the app and disconnected the call immediately as I continued to talk. I understood we waited patiently. We checked the app and it updated saying our order would around around 9:21 as it was out for delivery. We didn’t receive our order until just past 10. Definitely calling corporate and never ordering from here again. They did not deserve the generous tip my husband had given them.

Ever since I moved back to Fort Lauderdale and been eating from Pizza Hut on Davie Boulevard going west never had a problem food always hot made the way I wanted to be made all delivery employees always been excellent even the employees at Pizza Hut when they need to call I give them two thumbs up
