It’s crazy to say I found a PEN in my pizza!!!! Literally after eating 4 slices with my cousin I’m going for another and I found a pen. I called the store for a refund and she most likely known it was in there cause she said “omg Daniel” she keep saying sorry but come on I wasted my time and someone else time for delivering it. And from the pictures you can tell it’s been in there since it left the store cause there’s no grease stain and the first picture shows the ink.

Manager had a disgusting attitude. She was on her phone browsing when I walked in and clearly was bothered that she had to stop.. Phone was ringing off the hook and she would not puck it up. These people need training because service here is a negative 10… My order was completely wrong to top it off.. Will not come back here for sure..

Lady could hardly speak English, if I’m paying $40 for pizza, the order should be correct. Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni and large stuffed crust pepperoni and mushroom. They gave me one half cheese, half pepperoni. One half pepperoni, half mushroom. I also ordered three orders of cinnamon sticks which I didn’t get. I had already waited for 45 minutes and they told me it would be another 15 minute wait to get the cinnamon sticks. Don’t order from this location, most pizza huts are starting to go this way :/ sad because their pizza is good, they need to hire better staff that can speak English enough to get orders right.

Ordered online at 8pm and I never received a notification pizza ready for pick up so I head to restaurant because it’s been about hour instead 15 mins to 20mins passed. I ordered pan pizza with 3 toppings . Order was incorrect two toppings, not a pan pizza . Cold pizza because didn’t know it was ready for pick no notification sent . Barely any toppings or cheese on pizza . Just disappointed in Pizza Hut . I grow up on Pizza Hut in 80s and 90s really good product back then .

I guess I ordered extra attitude from manager topping… door locked 30 min after opening and she mad I had to wait 5 more min to open the door. If she doesn’t like the job time to go. P.s. my first one star review ever. The pizza was good but the experience was the worst.

The food took well over an hour after they had to me after 15 minutes from ordering that they had no drivers. So they will be using doordash. Some of the food was made slightly wrong but the main issue was it was stone cold when it arrived. Like it was cooked and sat in a fridge than taken out and delivered. On top of that I waited on the phone for 2 hours to get a hold of a manager and did not get one.I’ve only ordered from this pizza hut twice and both times had the same issues; food done wrong and cold when arrived. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from any Pizza Hut again. It’s a lack of caring after a mistake was made that’s the issue.
