The pizza had a giant hole in it-as if they had ran out of dough and were spreading it so much to make my order. The box was sealed so I didn’t know I received the wrong kind of pizza until I got home. I asked for plates and he told me that it is no longer offered. He was a passive aggressive rude individual. Only positive was the pizza was ready quickly.

I ordered a medium pizza for delivery this past Friday October 16, 2020 from the location 2901 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33328. I placed the order by 10PM and the pizza arrived at 12:30 midnight!!! How can be possible that? Either way, I was so hungry that I didn’t care that much, because I love Pizza Hut; but what happened? The pizza was completely COLD and HARD to bite and the pepperoni and ham it was like they just literally took off from the refrigerator 1 month ago and put it over the pizza! I couldn’t even eat it completely! That was the MOST DISGUSTING experience that I’ve ever had with you guys! I’m sorry but I even deleted the app because definitely I won’t order anymore!

I can’t give 0 stars. Order still shows as in the over 20 minutes after delivery window. I call and politely ask to speak to someone to check on my online delivery order and am greeted with a “you must be Linda…” It turns out they cancelled my order without notification. The website STILL shows that my pizza is on the way 30 mins later. NEVER GO HERE.

Never received the order, when I try to pickup my order the person in the store told me I have to paid again for the order and throw the pizzas to the garbage container. After ask about me refund he told me, the pizza is in the oven and put me on hold during 35min after see a driver, and ask him about more people or the store manager, the only rude and the worst customer service person in any Pizza Hut. If you have chance never come back to the store locator in 2901 S University Dr Davie Fl 33328 was a mess reopened the store

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and was told one hour for delivery. I got a text stating that my order had been modified or canceled and to contact the store. I did and was assured it would still be delivered. I just got another text an was advised to contact the store. I did. They picked up the phone and hung up on me. I tried to call again and they just let it ring. If I wasn’t sick right now, I would have picked it up myself but I can’t drive after a seizure. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut. I will never order from you again. Two thumbs way down!
