So I don’t think I had issues before but ordered pizza and breadsticks… and well.. obviously someone there doesn’t care about their service… breadsticks came with a, basically empty, marinara container. I’m guessing it was a joke? There was barely enough marinara for one bite. But that wasn’t the bad part, this pizza was soggy and undercooked.. and again, someone must have thought they were funny because I’m pretty sure they used an entire container of vegetables and caked layers of vegetables and barely cook.. I ate a some of it and it was so nasty I decided to write this poor review. This order took 2 hours

Are you kidding me! The pizza was soggy and Cold, I will order from Pizza Hut down the road and pick it up from now on. After the pizza being in their warmer for 45 min the driver got it and my receipt said extra cheese on all which is what I ordered, there wasn’t extra cheese on my side. I’m lucky I had any cheese at all. Now I’m going to Arby’s to get some food.

They are what they are. Hit or miss. It usually does take longer than normal to pick up. Last night the guy said ready by 8, I waited 20 minutes and got it around 8:25. However I would rather that because when I got it it was fresh out the oven. Order was perfect and pizza was good, got the New Yorker.

Beyond Disrespectful. I was put on hold for 10 minutes when i called back because my order was wrong. I had to call back then I was put on hold for another 5 minutes. Pizza was undercooked. They forgot my 3 garlic dipping sauces, cheese sticks were burnt, and I ordered the chicken pasta and they gave me just cheese pasta. I was told that they were getting a manager but nothing happened. Then they had the nerve to tell me I need to come pick it up just my dipping sauces. Even though I paid for delivery. Never ordering from this place again honestly. I used to hate DOMINO’S, but I hate pizza hut even more now. It’s gonna take a lot for me to even think about ordering from this place again. My kids won’t even eat the food because it’s wrong and under cooked. Hence why put pizza hut in lower case letters. This is shameful. I might even try PAPA JOHN’S next to be honest. Beyond unacceptable. Do not get food from this place. Then they send a door dash driver a hour after your food has been ready and it’s still undercooked. I can’t make this stuff up. Smh. This isn’t the first time i had a problem with this place. Its been everytime. But it’s to the point i had to leave a review to let people know to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I dont know who the manager is but they do not belong in the position they are in. Not even after they get written up or talked to. They should honestly clean house n start over, or close this franchise location.

I ordered a large pizza, 2 pastas, breadsticks, and a 2 liter mountain dew. They were sold out of mountain dew 2liters, so to them it made sense to bring me 2- 20 Oz mountain dews. Instead of calling me and asking is a 2 liter Sierra mist okay or starry. To them, they may have went over a couple bucks by sending the 2nd 20 ounce. But it baffled me on how I was going to cure the thirst of 6 people off 2 20ounce drinks? Common sense isn’t to common here. Please leave a note to replace your 2 liters with another flavor if it’s sold out. Or else you’d be making a run to the store for drinks.

Waste of time and money. We gave this location a second chance. Ordered two pictures. Pizza 1 ordered was thin crust, pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions. We received a very tough crust, over-cooked hand tossed. The second pizza was ordered was a pan pizza with Italian sausage, green peppers, and onions. We received a tough crust over-baked hand tossed pizza. The toppings were correct but very little topping and very little sauce. Both pizzas were inedible!!!
