This is a really good location with great customer service. I don’t know why there are a lot of bad reviews. Probably a bad day? I had a great time here and the food was great and I ordered online so it was fast. Will definitely recommend and come back for more.

If I could give less than one I would. Detroit Pizza complete waste of money. Half baked slab of bread with very little cheese and drenched in sauce. TV ad is very deceptive. This is not edible.

This is a cheese pizza. No meat. It was delivered to me with burnt cheese. I was so hungry I ended up eating what I could. But this is unacceptable. Then when I tried calling the restaurant, it just rang and rang. It was open but, no one picked up. I contacted corporate and they told me I should drive there and show them… Well that kinda defeats why I got it delivered. So I’m upset that I spent $25 and didn’t get what every customer should expect by a company like Pizza Hut.

Posted hours say store is open. Placed an order online at 11:17 am for pick up and show up to store at 11:40am. The doors are closed and lights are off. No one inside to answer the phone either. Great way to do business.

Over my 45yrs in FLA I’ve eaten a lot of pizza.. it’s a delicacy to me and I’m the connoisseur to please! How many realize pizza dough is made with basically flour, yeast and water? So why do you pay $35.. You destroy it putting too much on top! Try a simple “white pizza” creamy garlic sauce, breast of chicken and mozzarella. I order: Thick Soft Crust Litely Baked! My Pizza Hut treats my palate perfectly. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS ON THEIR INTERNET APP THAT CHRONICALLY TIMES OUT & I END UP HAVING TO CALL!!

I know the workers there were managing alot of orders. They were very helpful and polite. Everyone was shocked when I got home, every person was surprised it was PH pizza, it was better than the store near me. ( we were visiting out of town)

I understand that circumstances happen that are out of your control sometimes, but as a customer if there is an issue, I expect appropriate communication and assistance to help resolve the issue. Instead I received no assistance from the store manager to find my order that never arrived nor did he assist to process my refund. Very disappointing.
