I have been at this pizza hut for a job Very dishonest manager. Received offer letter as a shift manager and was told I would be a driver regardless. If this happens to anyone take your offer letter to a lawyer and let the ball role. The offer letter has grounds. I think this was discrimination due to my age. Let’s see where we go as lawyers love corporations that make mistakes. Remember not to deal with them yourselves. I already have a lawyer in less than hour. The mistake is the offer letter is a lie, misleading, and also miss represented to the corporation and franchise owner. Please be aware

I accidentally put my address in wrong and I called to let them know. Luckily they were nice enough to still deliver to my house even though there was a store closer. The driver was fast and so nice. the pizza tasted fresh out of the oven! Will definitely order pick up from them in the future!

They’re always fast and friendly. Our go to pizza spot. One single time they forgot our soda but we realized it before we even got home and turned around and they gave us a free dessert! Which wasn’t even necessary because it was genuinely no big deal but very appreciated. Anyway long story short thank you pizza hut 🙂

Don’t order from here, your order will not show up. They will offer to send you another one out an hour later. So you will wait over 2 hours for a pizza. They are very rude, disrespectful and hang up on you and not willing to fix the situation and tell you to call your bank or call the police to get your money back. Still have no pizza and have no money waiting to hear back.

It is quite nice that they have a pick-up window. The lady, that helped me, was very nice. She was busy on the phone, but took a second to acknowledge me and let me know that she would be right with me. The location is heavily worn down, but they seem to do what they can to keep it clean. My overall issue was with the pizza. Ot being very good. The thin crust came out well. But, the regular was not made well. A lot of air bubbles and little and unevenly distributed toppings on both. The regular was far worse.

If there was a minus one star they would get it. Place looked closed. I walk in and it is EMPTY AND I was STILL IGNORED! No menu in sight! Customer service SUCKED! I walked out. I’ll go home and make my own pizza. Thanks for nothing.

I want a FULL refund!! It was the worst app order I have ever placed!! The dough was not cooked on the bottom, the tops were burnt. Spent almost $53 for it to end up in the trash! I have pictures and also sent an email with more description last night once I opened it all. I wondered by the guy behind the counter hollered at me when I went to check for the extra icing, he said not to open them, he “promised” it was in there. I want a FULL refund!
