This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, against better judgment, I gave it another try. Placed an order for delivery and specified in instructions that I needed change for a $100. They did state that it wasn’t their policy to accept that amount, bit a door dash representative called and said they would accommodate. I also understand that it is door dash not pizza hut. Driver arrived and called me while in the driveway and said he didn’t have change and was going to get change and never came back. Then an employee of Pizza Hut called and informed me that the were closing in 5 minutes and my order was canceled, while on the phone another delivery guy pulled up with half the order,and again, no change. Then the employee of pizza hut offered to go the extra mile and drop off food at the end of her shift, I couldn’t thank her enough and praised her attention to customer service and asked her name so I could post a very positive review, she also said my number from my order and would call and should be here in 20 minutes, awesome!!!! She never showed or even called. Called today to express my issues with manager, her only reply was, bot my problem. Would never recommend, would actually tell anyone thinking of ordering to absolutely do not!!!! Unbelievably horrible customer service, on both parts, Pizza Hut and Door dash. While they are two separate entities, Door dash represents your company. Side note, I have never done a review on line, this is my first, but I’ve also never encountered worse customer service, ever!

I had a wonderful experience. When I came to pick up my order, the amazing manager, Reese, told me she had seen my pizza was not up to standards, so she had them remake it for me. I thought this was amazing, as most places would have still given me the pizza and pretended nothing was wrong.

After several years without a proper Pizza Hut, Delray Beach finally has one again, and in a fairly convenient location. Definitely beats driving to Boynton to hit the one over there. My one gripe is this new Delray location doesn’t deliver to my home, which isn’t far at all. Only slightly passed Congress, going west. Still, that isn’t a deal breaker, as it’s not even a ten minute drive to the location. The food is what you would expect from fast food. If you want gourmet pizza, there are several other places you can go to. Pizza Hut is fast and easy. Great for parties and when you have friends over to watch football and drink a few beers. Personally, I’m a massive fan of the stuff crust pizza. Ever since it was introduced way back when, I’ve never ordered a pepperoni or supreme pizza that wasn’t stuff crust. It’s a little more expensive, but it is filling and you get your money’s worth. Staff is chill from my three separate encounters. Haven’t had an issue yet. Not busy or crowded. I’ll definitely return in the future.

Wednesday night I put in a delivery order for a Medium Supreme with an order of breadsticks. I placed the order at 844 pm with an estimated delivery of 25-35 mins. Meaning the pizza was going to be in my hands around 907pm. Sometime around 920pm I called the location to get an updated ETA Because the pizza tracker website showed it still hadn’t been picked up by Door Dash. I sat on the line for 8 minutes without ever speaking to a person. It rang and rang and eventually I hung up the phone in frustration.

Ordered here @9:30pm Tues 6/13. Ordered 2 orders of boneless wings and a pizza … the cashier was rude over giving us blue cheese for the wings and wanted to charge for it …. What a joke … so you sell the wings and the sauce served with them is an up charge ? Even McDonald’s gives ya sauce for nuggets.. Then she goes on about how it should’ve been paid for and what other customers do… that’s ok .. from now on dominoes it is… if your miserable do everyone a favor and quite your job…

I just got my 2 pepperoni lover pizzas with light sauce and extra pepperoni cut into squares and 2 orders of cajun fries, what I received, 2 soggy drenched in sauce with barely any pepperoni ..and I mean barely any let alone a lovers with extra!!!! also cut in triangles not squares, final kick in nutz.. only 1 of the 2 cajun fries. What a total waste of $70

The worse ever. For this to be a very new pizza hut everything about it is HORRIBLE!! The staff appearance is so not clean. Walked in and the first thing I saw was a very nasty dingy shirt with the young lady having a purple bonnet on her head. It wasn’t even 9 pm yet and they had nothing I wanted to order. I ordered bread sticks a few weeks back and they were plain no seasoning on them at all. Wanted a personal pan pizza they were out of them. Wanted boneless wings they where out of them. I said to the staff YOU GUYS DONT REALLY HAVE ANYTHING TONIGHT. The other staff responded by saying THATS NOT OUR FAULT….

This pizza has the worst staff ever. I ordered the new Melt & requested that they put no bacon on it. When I received my Melt it was full of bacon so I called the store asking how can this get resolved the lady argued with me & told me she pulled up my ticket and it didn’t say no bacon it must’ve gotten lost on the way of me submitting it to the store. ♀️ I also ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta I received the cheesyAlfredo then I ordered the group of 20oz drinks 1 Root-beer 1 sierra mist 1 Ginger-ale 1 Dr Pepper I received 2 Mountain Dew and 2 Sierra Mist not close to what I ordered. The only thing came correct was the meat lovers pizza & bread sticks and I didn’t receive any sauce for them all. Please do better Pizza Hut hard earned money down the drain smdh.
