The nastiest place ever , the employees don’t wanna work. I ordered a big box pizza i was the last order of the night, last night, & i found multiple hairs in my pizza and wings, my family and I weren’t able to eat anything. When we discovered the hair it was too late to make a claim because they were closed. This morning I called the store & MICHEAL THE MANAGER said that he cannot do anything but offer a $15 credit because he wasn’t there last night?? Our big box was valued at double the amount of the credit and Michael stated that we could not even have our food (that we couldn’t even eat) replaced???? Do not order from this location

Stopped in to order pizza. You have to know what you want due to they do not have menus on site. You can down load menue on phone if needed. Employee that served me was very helpful a d helped me out on doing my order. I just wanted a pie with pepperoni on it. Is a lot cheaper to order there and take home then to have delivered. Got the NY pizza which was enough for 2 of us.

I ordered the backyard BBQ pizza and didn’t see smell or taste any barbecue sauce on it. I also ordered boneless barbecue wings and the sauce was very let’s just say almost non-existent. The dessert was great. Cinnamon sticks were great, the chocolate brownie was great. The driver was great, ordering off the app was easy. I don’t give up easy I’ll try to order again from them. Hopefully the next time it’ll be a little more satisfactory.

I requested contactless curbside when I ordered online. It was pouring rain when we arrived. I parked right in front and indicated on the app that I was there (it told me to do that). Nobody brought my order. Finally had to get my little grandson out into the pouring rain and go inside. Told them I requested contactless curbside and had been waiting. All they could say was “sorry”. If you don’t provide curbside pickup, then don’t offer it! I wish now that I hadn’t tipped which I did when I paid online. Last time I go there! Definitely not worth it.

My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We’ve complained multiple times over issues with orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crust pizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to a customer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. I really wish they had better training for their staff.

This pizza was trash. I should have gone to hungry Howie’s. They had the same deal for a dollar more at Pizza Hut. I had high expectations for their three topping pizza. I got pineapple bacon and sausage. But if you see the pizza all I really got was pineapple a couple of pieces of sausage and a couple of sprinkles of bacons the size of bacon bits. Don’t order here. Just go to Papa John’s or hungry Howie’s where they actually put toppings on their Pizza. They really should have a zero star option. This was terrible.

The store on Lumsden Road in Brandon is my regular go to store. At least once a month if not more often, I order the personal pan pizza with the 20 oz soda lunch special. The website has never given the opportunity to select a personal pan pizza, so I ALWAYS call to place my carryout order. I ordered one as recently as last week. Today, I was told by the rude woman on the phone that they have a new system and that I couldn’t order that over the phone I had to order it through the app. I just went to the app and there’s no choice for personal pan anywhere. Basically you don’t want my business. I’m beyond appalled.
