How I ordered 1 dinner box pizza and 2 sides of chicken 8 each., and a Large customize pie total $60 dollars, they only bring me the Dinner box, missing the Large pie. I call them speak to the manager they said they’ll make it and have it delivered, pizza came in 15min. When i got the pizza I received a Medium pizza and the pizza wasn’t cook fully. The breading of the pizza tasted Raw and weird. How can they mess up an order 2 times to the same customer.

Worst Pizza Hut. They gave my order to DoorDash (without my consent), who then CANCELED the order because they “dropped” it. It’s been two weeks and no one has refunded my money. The person I spoke to was not only incompetent but also rude. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

we live in a brand new apartment complex but they’ve delivered here just fine before. tonight we waited two hours just to call and find out the delivery guy canceled our order because he couldn’t find the apartment. he never called us, lied about calling us an alleged three times, and gave no notification he’d canceled.

Ordered a large cheese pizza that was not cut fully so I had to use a knife. Not a problem. Then 16 count bone in wings where the garlic parmesan which had a hint of garlic but nothing but butter and were naked as seen in the picture. Then the cheesy bread was just regular bread. Not worth the almost 60$ for all of that. Which the only thing me and my kids enjoyed were the pizza…..not worth the time or money.
