Was very satisfied with the customer service we received from the manager his name was Jimmie he was having some issues with the new system that was just installed at register.he apologized an explained that he was from another location he was just helping out at the plantcity location.he was the sweetest man ever plantcity would be so blessed to have more people like him.

It didn’t take long to get my order delivered. The Pizza and Boneless wings were hot. The only issue I had was I ordered half pepperoni and half beef. I got very few pepperoni’s and no beef.

This place is 0-2 on completing online orders on time. If they spent half as much time making pizza as they do making excuses they would be excellent. The “store manager” looks like a teen pothead rather than anything resembling a professional representation of the Pizza Hut brand. Very disappointed with this place.
