I very rarely rate places but this pizza hut did a fantastic job on Valentine’s day. I got the heart shaped pizza and it looked exactly like the commercials. It was also one of the best pizzas I have ever gotten from there taste wise. I was honestly really shocked because I think one of my friends got it from a different pizza hut and it wasn’t as good (this was years back) so I didn’t expect it to actually look like a heart. And on top of that it was ready on time. I don’t know it was that little extra thing that made valentine’s day special.

Pizza was Great! Hand tossed crust so buttery. Wings not so much. Fried perfectly but not sauced. I paid $18.99 for 12 wings with 2 spoonfuls of sauce at the bottom and $9.99 for 6 wings with 1 spoonful of sauce on the side, to get two different sauces. That’s ridiculous. Stick to making pizza

This place is HORRIBLE! Ordered way ahead of time for a scheduled DELIVERY…waited & waited. When it should have already arrived, called to see what was going on. The woman who answered the phone was not only rude from the get go, she said the delivery driver was already on the way. Another 45 minutes later we called again to find out what was going on, they said it was put as a carry out order when in fact it was all scheduled for delivery.

My Pizza was delivered at 10:30 PM, 45 minutes late and cold because of a driver shortage. Compensation such as a free 2-liter soda or other item was not offered.

2nd time in a row ordering with getting the order incorrect, and this time one of the pizzas wasn’t even fully cooked. Normally have had great experiences, so it’s disappointing that the past couple have been pretty bad.

I never order for delivery, I always do pick up. Today I was not feeling well and my kids wanted pizza. The picture attached is how I received my order… they did refund me however that was not my end goal. I didn’t want a new order since they waited 40 minutes for the first order but I am very disappointed not at the store or quality of the food but the delivery!
